Im in love with this coffee maker. It's so convenient to be able to do both k cups or a full pitcher. You can mimic an espresso shot without the big machine and breaking the bank! It has a self cleaning option to make it hassle free which is a plus in my books. Depending on your countertop space you can choose to move the water tank in two different positions, right behind it or on to the right side of the machine. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR NINJA COFFEE POT!!!!!!! We bought our Ninja Dual Brew about a year ago, but have used it for less than a year and it no longer brews coffee. It begins the brewing process and then beeps after we select our coffee choice. When we try to retrieve the K-Cup, it has built up pressure in the machine and it exploded hot water and grinds out of the top of the machine. We have had three coffee pots over the last 20 years and this is the worst system we have ever had. We have always kept it clean and maintained it as recommended. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This is my second machine. I had the old one for about four years and it got stuck on the no B B clean cycle. I am concerned about that happening again but I feel like I got my money's worth. I love the cold brew style and make a pot of that every other day. My husband loves the pod cycle for hot coffee. It works great for us. I would give it 5 stars but the cleaning cycle worries me.

Very disappointed in this coffee maker as we have other Ninja products and very impressed with those. We have had this machine for a few days now and have tried different things/methods to get to work but can't seem to get to work without a mess or overflow with coffee grounds. The coffee filters that come with the machine you can just throw out as nothing but overflow and grounds in coffee. We purchased other filters and had better results. Tried the pod feature and was hoping for better results but once again grounds in coffee and a lot of splash over.

I would not recommend this product. First thing right out of the box the k pod would not work. Sent me a replacement slip in k pod and it would not work either. Then they sent me just the main coffee machine. K pod work with that but you coffee is not drinkable. K pod puts a lot of coffee ground in it. Now just using the regular coffee pot it is now putting a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. Makes it impossible to get a good cup of coffee. All ninja products I have bought have been really good except for this coffee maker. Don't waste your money on it. I surely wished I wouldn't have.

My absolutely favorite coffee machine! Ninja products never miss. I've had mine for a few years and it's still going strong! It makes the best coffee and is super quick. I love that you can set a timer to have it brew at a certain time in the mornings, I'm able to wake up to a freshly made cup of coffee. This coffee maker has been a complete game changer, I'm telling you. I love that you can do regular coffee grounds and the k-cup pods. Ninja products are always worth the investment in this one is no different. There's so many features to it. Highly recommend if you drink coffee, tea, or really any hot/cold beverage.

I bought my 2 years ago. I love it , k cups works great with any brand I buy, coffee pot is great to. We use it everyday, I've never had a problem with it.
