Has lots of potential, but the engineers at Ninja must be idiots. #1. Make the frother battery operated and handheld. It could simply clip into a charging port where it is now, except handheld would be easier and better. #2 the biggest issue is it SUCKS for K-cups! Too much pressure causes grounds to get into the coffee. They tell you to only use K-Cup official pods, but the funny thing is those are the worst ones! I have no problems with generic pods!

The Ninja DualBrew Pro - makes the best tasting and hottest coffee I have ever made from home, plus the Boil water selection for making tea is just awesome. I would recommend - washing all components before using and running 2 trial breakin brews to help season the brewer. After using the DualBrew for a few times I would rate this a 5 plus - love how accurate the ounce selector is , the easy to push light up buttons are , how simple it is to brew boiling water for tea or oatmeal, easy push button cleaning - and best of all the flavor of the coffee on rich selection. My previous Ninja hot and cold was a real workhorse for 5 years. Brewed excellent coffee and met our needs. Thought I would want a thermal carafe so I purchased this one with high hopes. Unfortunately, like other reviewers have mentioned, coffee gets lukewarm after 30 minutes. I grind beans just before brewing, but the coffee has a slight off taste. I have had excellent coffee using the 10 oz single brew but again, it doesn’t seem to be as hot as my previous pot. Really undecided whether to keep or return.

Our house is very diverse in their coffee drinking. Iced, lattes, kcup, dripped into mud-like appearance, foamy, not foamy, you name it we drink it. I was leery at first when I ordered. How can one machine do it all and do it well. This machine is perfect! The profile is great, slim and counter space saving. The features work just as advertised. The only possible way to improve would be for it to heat milk while frothing. Well done Ninja

I purchased this because my Keurig my was getting old. For years, I have drank great coffee from either Colombia or Costa Rica and utilized reusable Keurig pods and fill them with my coffee. The DualBrew Pro advertises the fact that you can use their Keurig adapter, unfortunately, you can only use the Keurig pods purchased at a store because there design will not allow the use of the reusable pods. I didn't send it back because I am hopeful that the folks at Ninja will come up with a design for reusable pods that will work in their machine.

One of the best coffee machine in the market. I can make my cappuccino with the frother and iced coffee too! It's easy to learn how to use this machine, Haven't had any problem yet. Sam s gave the best price, glad that I was able to purchase it in this price.

Love this machine! Not bulky, very easy display, love the large reservoir. Make my grind 12 oz mug in rich mode to a pot and taste wonderful. Love the frother feature use it all the time makes my coffee very rich. My niece came by and was so happy with the taste of the coffee she went out and purchase one for herself.

Multitasking generally make me nervous ecause they never seem to perform as well. This machine is the exception that proves the rule. It does everything remarkably well. I can't tell you how much I love this machine and how well it does everything it does, and it seemingly does everything.

Looks fancy but is quite simple to use. I look the many different options on getting coffee, be it ground or pods. I really like the water tank and how simple it is to fill, no leaks. I think the only real drawback is the cup of coffee isn't very hot. Overall, I'm pleased.

Very pleased with my purchase of this coffee maker. It’s easy to use and makes a great tasting pot of coffee. Used another name brand for ever and regret not trying a new coffee maker sooner. The only, very minor issue, is that I wish the carafe spout was a bit more pointed - the pour is very wide.
