We own many ninja products. And we've always been very pleased with their performance, but this coffee maker really disappointed me. It shorted out after owning it for only 3 months. It is a good design and a good cup of coffee I love that I can either make a singe cup with a coffee pod or a full carafe. I'm trying it one more time since it's was still under warranty.

The frother is awesome and the hot water well is great for making hot chocolate. I can make one cup of coffee with a pod or I can make a whole lot. It is fantastic and I love everything about it!

I bought this coffee pot several weeks ago, and I have every single cup I have made. I’ve made many pots of coffe and even a couple of specialty coffee recipes that were included. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ninja dual brew coffee pot and all I can say is WOW! I love that you can brew and entire pot of coffee or just a cup depending on your mood. It has many features that I love as well. You can brew different size cups as well as hot or over ice. You can also make espresso. It also has an option on the side you can change from making coffee to just hot water. I love this option because I’m a hot tea drinker and I hate when I make tea from a coffee pot and I get coffee grinds in it, this options makes it great. There is also a feature that you can stop the coffee from brewing to pour yourself a cup of coffee. Overall a great machine!

Bought mine in June 2022. This morning, I started brewing a pot of coffee and it just stopped midway. I tried to start it again but it will shut off and reset the clock. Tried with grounds, k-cups and hot water but no luck. This is my shortest-lived coffee machine and the most expensive. I've had better luck with cheaper ones. Thankfully it's still under warranty but only time will tell if the replacement will last longer.

I love this coffee maker! Not only can I set up my coffee at night for the next day, my kids can come in anytime to brew their pods or froth milk… love how easy it is to get to everything for cleaning-best I’ve ever had in that regard. Once you work through the instructions you’ll love how it has all the right feels…clicks when locking things into position and beeps where you need it. Love the open/close on the drip mechanism so I don’t drip coffee on the burner! Best and most fun coffee maker I’ve ever owned!

This is the worst coffee maker I've ever owned. Was broken when I got it, Ninja wouldn't help unless I spent more money, and it doesn't work the way it should, either. Every cup I brew only about 25% of the liquid that should come out, comes out. I have to hit the brew button over and over to get a full cup. DO NOT BUY. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Will not buy another ninja product again.

I love this machine but I have bought 4 different types of u overall K-cup refillable pods and none of them fit. I am wondering if ninja makes any special for this product. I have a lot of coffee in bags I want to use up but don’t want to use a filter for just one cup.

This product worked well for just over 2 years. One cup of tea through the water spout and one cup of coffee per day. It was well cared for and cleaned regularly. It broke a few months after the warranty was over and I was offered a 50% discount on another unit. That is wholly unacceptable. A coffee maker should last more than 2 years. I will never buy another ninja product. It worked well and I enjoyed it while it last day to come up but two years is unacceptable

While the hot water feature is great making coffee using grounds results in a lukewarm cup or carafe. I have tried all the suggestions for brewing hotter but still no better. Plus when you spend this much on a coffee maker you shouldn't have to go thru extra steps just to get a hot cup of coffee!!!!!
