It is a complicated and messy machine. Unlike 99% of coffee makers it’s has an open closed switch. Forget to use that and pull a pot out coffeee pours out everywhere. I just made my first pod coffee with a tall cup. The pod sprayed coffeee everywhere. Final,y one too many scoops and your coffeee is full of grounds. It says 4-6 but stick with four. The coffee comes out really hot so takes about five minutes to get to your first cup. All around very disappointing.

I love our DualBrew. I have been happy with the coffee that comes out. I love the "rich" coffee feature, and that we can brew a single cup or a whole pot. No issues with coffee grounds making it to the cup except for when I tried a mesh filter instead of the normal paper filters. Would definitely buy another, and have considered buying another for work.

We purchased this as a wedding present to ourselves and have absolutely loved it for the past 6 months. Now all of the sudden it won’t brew anything! It keeps saying flashing that the unit needs cleaned and there is no way override it. We clean it regularly and we have now cleaned it 5 times since it’s says it needs cleaned and it still won’t work. Very frustrating!!

Started using it in Jan 2022. After a month of use, started getting grounds in carafe. Ugh! Love everything about this machine but can't get it to stop getting grounds in the carafe, and now it is doing it with the Kcups! Have cleaned it and just read through all of the reviews, trying to find a solution to no avail. The drip stop lever does not stop the dripping and the machine indicates it is done brewing when it clearly is not. I Love the options of this coffee maker, sleekness, etc. but is a big negative to always get grounds all over.

I was so excited to make my first few cups of coffee and cappuccinos with the Ninja CFP 301 Dual Brew. Sadly the coffee temperatures are not the best especially if you add a little creamer, without adding creamer it measured about 159.8 thats not enough.

The only thing missing is a re-usable k-cup device. I like to use grounds sometimes for just one cup and this device does not offer that. Other than that great product

We recently went from a Keurig to the Ninja DualBrew Pro. The Pro heats the water and starts brewing in ¼ the time of our old coffee maker. That's the plus for him. I like that it can do hot water through a different way so you don't get residue coffee flavor in your soup or tea. I also like cold coffee, so it's great that it brews over ice.Those are the pluses for me. We're so pleased!!

Pros: it automatically switches between pods or carafe based on whether you out in the adapter or not, which is super convenient. However, I was disappointed to realize it didn’t come with the reusable filter like my first coffee bar did in 2016, and unfortunately that old reusable filter basket of course doesn’t quite fit the new unit. And the fact that the reusable k-cup pods sold at a local big box Supercenter won’t work with this either- is annoying. I don’t want to be without coffee should I run out of filters or k-cups 9’e day because my life is chaotic because of kids, a deployed spouse, ect. That gripe aside, I like the dedicated hot water line, it’ll make my kids happy that they can be more independent when they want to make some cocoa or oatmeal or some other things , especially when I’m not a fan of them using our gas stovetop. This thing brewed a 10 oz cup SO fast and quietly from a k-cup, I was impressed. And having a 60 oz carafe? Fantastic in a house that treats coffee like the nectar of the gods! Mostly well done, Ninja. 😄

I didn’t know what I was missing until I tried this coffee machine. Not only is the coffee great tasting, but there’s so much variety in terms of the different drinks I can make that I never get tired of drinking coffee. The fact that I can choose to use pods or coffee grounds is amazing. One machine to do both. I also like how you can choose different sizes so if I just feel like making a cup I don’t have to make a whole pot. The foamy froth you can make really enhanced the specialty coffees I made using this machine. I highly recommend this machine to both the casual and avid coffee drinkers out there.

He will go thru a pot a day of the strongest coffee you can make I on the other hand maybe a cup every couple of days of cream and sugar with a little bit of coffee. This is perfect for us. Before we got this system we had a Congleton brew machine and it was so expensive because my husband would go thru so many of the cups for that machine but now he can make his pot and I can just use the single serve function when I want one. It was easy to use and brews quite fast especially his full pot or atleast I think it's pretty fast.
