We decided to try this machine after going through several keurigs. Wow is all I can say. Brews just as fast as there's and with less hassle. Having 10+ cups a day with the pods was to much for the keurig machines, not for this one though. On to the caraf, what can I say brews fast and hot, best feature about this machine is the keep warm option. Not only does it keep the coffee hot, it's fresh the whole time. No burnt coffee taste you get with other machines with this Ninja using the keep warm feature. Absolutely love this machine and will not be going back to a keurig.

One year later and it's already going in the garbage. I get random amounts of water whether it's brewed coffee or just boiled water. It's never the same. I can put in 18 oz and get 4 oz, etc. It also randomly makes things cold. The pod adapter stopped working properly even though I used it maybe twice. Pretty disappointed.

I bought this on a whim because my old kuerig didn’t have the features I was looking for and I’m glad I did. The frother on this system is great, I love the fact it does k cups and grounds too. It makes for making coffee enjoyable. Plus it got to me in 2 business days!

Picked this up during Prime Day deals after eyeing it for the past few months. I worked at a clinic that had a different Ninja coffee maker and I was blown away how good the coffee tasted. Picked it up from the post office today and I’m amazed at how good my coffee tastes. It’s quick and efficient and I’ll never go back to Keurig I’ve had two just stop working after taking great care of them and doing all of the maintenance etc. Only downside this unit is super tall, no way to use it under your cabinets I’ll be on the hunt for a sliding tray to set this on, I also wished Ninja offered a charcoal filter option for their Ninja machines my water is pretty bad here and even though I filter it another filter would be nice.

Bought this about a year ago after our Keurig finally died after a faithful 9 years of service. My wife and I liked the range of options this offered and felt it would be great since it’s a Ninja product. Though she’s happy with it I am not. The pods function works okay, but after using it 3 times there are significant grounds in the coffee. As long as I rinse out the pods brewing container EVERY TIME all is well. The picture shows how many grounds are left behind after one use. Additionally, I’ve found the carafe regularly dribbles coffee when pouring. Nothing overly significant, but enough that I’ve been very frustrated with it. The carafe also has a lip on it which makes it difficult to pour out all its contents. Haven’t used the frother so don’t know anything about that. The brewing options available are nice, but I really miss the simplicity and cleanliness of my Keurig!!

So, I have a one morning review, that didn’t start too well. My fir cup came out just water. When setting up last night, the instructions were just terrible. Finally got a cup brewed, then found this video. It’s a game changer. Thank you, and I think I’ll keep it. Was considering returning to store today. It’s a bit tall so I’m adjusting everything in my coffee corner for this machine. Oh what we will do for our coffee!

I have had mine for almost 2 months now. I am pleased with its functionality. I have used all the functions that it offers. The single K-Cup, Full pot function, The hot water for tea or other drinks as well as for oatmeal. I have no real complaints. One thing I think that would be nice if there was an adapter available for the expresso pods.

This product worked well for just over 2 years. One cup of tea through the water spout and one cup of coffee per day. It was well cared for and cleaned regularly. It broke a few months after the warranty was over and I was offered a 50% discount on another unit. That is wholly unacceptable. A coffee maker should last more than 2 years. I will never buy another ninja product. It worked well and I enjoyed it while it last day to come up but two years is unacceptable

We've been happy with all our Ninja products. This one is another Ninja win for quality, functions and ease of use. We mostly use the brew and pod brew but the dedicated hot/boiling water is super handy. The frother is a nice touch. We got the reusable filter basket. We use this every day, usually multiple times. It's easy, quick and easy to take care of.

Very disappointed in NINJA. I really liked this coffee maker and was really happy when I got it. It worked well for about 6 months, fresh brewed coffee in the morning for work, and k-cup pod when in a hurry. However, the Ninja Pod Adapter stopped working properly, even though it is well maintained and cleaned. No matter what I do, it doesn't work properly. I honestly think it's all the available options you can choose from. So to me, a problem in the manufactures programing and the POD adapter. I have 20 year old coffee makers that still work without issues, both combined cost less than this Ninja, Reading the reviews, I can see I'm not the only one with problems. On this site, I don't see an easy way to get easily fixed.
