I was beyond excited to upgrade to this machine after replacing another faulty coffeemaker from a different brand that barely lasted 2 years. Unfortunately, after only using this Ninja for about a month, I have experienced quite a few issues already. Those issues are that when I put a K-cup in, it either comes out as clear water or the grounds end up in my mug. Today I was brewing a K-cup for my company, and when the mug only filled halfway twice, I decided to inspect further. I looked inside the K-cup adapter was properly in place and when I removed it, to check the brew basket, it was clogged full of grounds beneath the K-cup adapter. I have double checked the directions multiple times and I am following all of the steps correctly so I must have a faulty machine. I can see it’s potential, I just wish it worked as well as I hoped it would.

We bought this a 1.5 months ago, it was good for about 2 weeks. When we first got it, we run one cleaning cycle every 3-4 days, we brew coffee once a day. Now, there is a 50% chance brewing process will fail, as it will ask us to run the cleaning cycle. Even after running the cleaning cycle with filtered water, sometimes it will still ask us to run cleaning cycle after we clean it thoroughly. We tried running cleaning cycle twice, and the brewing cycle will still have a chance to fail. Overall, it is a good product if the cleaning function isn't faulty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja has outdone itself again! I’ve owned many of their products and this one is my new favorite. I have a household of coffee drinkers, so this machine gets a lot of use. I typically brew a pot or two daily, which is as easy as a turn of a dial and a push of a button. I love the digital dial which lets you choose the size of your cup/mug/pot. In addition, you can also choose regular, bold, specialty, or cold brew. What makes this machine unique is that you can also use pods for single servings. This is so convenient for a quick mug when the pot is empty, or when only one person wants a cup. We also have hot tea drinkers in the family. To make tea, just switch the knob and you instantly have hot or boiling water for tea. Another highlight I love is the milk frother that attaches and is stored right on the machine. No more looking for attachments and figuring out how they work. Just swing out the arm, push a button, and done. It also detaches with a quick twist for easy washing. Even the measuring scoop hangs right on the machine. No more searching through junk drawers to find it! Ninja has really thought of everything this time. This is a great machine for coffee and tea drinkers of all kinds!

I have been using this for (over three) years and have absolutely no complaints... This thing does it ALL―I've used it for K-Cups, thus replacing my Keurig MINI Plus (gone), and have made a cappuccino every day since I set it up... I've actually burned\worn out my Frother Whisk!! The Independent Hot Water System is wonderful and can be used for instant cereals, cup of soups, mashed potatoes, etc. (all of which I have and do). I do not use it as a regular daily coffee maker, however―preferring my old BUNN Classic Speed Brew (quick coffee)!!

I bought one with the stainless steel carafe back in nov 2021 and i loved this new machine was replacing an older ninja ive had for 4 yrs nothing wrong just wanted a newer model. Today it read err 11 and stopped working. Not had it for 2 full months yet.

Bought one in May, quit working in august. After 1.5 hours on phone with CS, they sent a new one. It worked for exactly 5 weeks and quit. They wanted to send another one and I said absolutely not! Spent 2 hours on phone with CS , finally got to talk to a supervisor, Blake, and finally got a refund. But, I had to send it back before they will issue the refund. The only good part of all of this is that Blake was at least in the states and spoke English. Love Shark products- their vacuums are wonderful but will never buy another ninja brand.

Okay I bought this machine several months ago and loved it. Then my husband bought the permanent filter so we could also make the full pots in addition to the kcups. All of the sudden it started splashing everywhere when making the kcups. All over the counter every time. We had to start leaving a towel to clean it every time…. We are idiots. Discovered today you need to LEAVE THE BASKET IN (even though it’s removable) when using the kcup adapater so that the liquid only goes through 1 hole. I was ready to toss this thing in the trash because of the splatter. Don’t be an idiot like me haha leave the basket in when switching between adapters!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I have had this machine for about a week and have no idea why I haven’t purchased it sooner! This literally does it all. Pods or ground coffee? We use both so I just freed up some space on my countertop. The pod adapter is amazing for what ever pod you desire. The grounds make an excellent cup of coffee too with the special thermal brew system. It makes hot or cold beverages and also ( my favorite) is the onboard frothing arm. This is an amazing, adjustable maker to free up space! It comes with the scoop that is attached on the side and the water reservoir can be moved from the side to the back. It has an adjustable cup stand for whatever size cup you want. This makes the best at home coffee I have had and I am super fan of the famous coffee house. It looked intimidating at first but it was easy to navigate with the information in the instructions. It has a warming plate for the carafe too. It has a special cleaning cycle with easy to follow guides as well. Also came with a few recipes in the instructions. The most important part is that it makes a darn good cup of coffee no matter how you like it and how your family likes it, you can choose all in one machine! It also makes iced drinks. I definitely highly recommend trying it if you love coffee as much as I do it will not disappoint!!!

This is the worst coffee pot system EVER! I bought this system 12 months ago and after 6 months it broke, I returned it and received a new one. After 2 more months with the brand new one it broke again (ERROR message and would not brew) I returned that one as well and after another 2 months it ALSO broke -same error message. That is (3) coffee brewers in 12 months!! I will NEVER purchase anything ever from this company! BEWARE!

Pros: it automatically switches between pods or carafe based on whether you out in the adapter or not, which is super convenient. However, I was disappointed to realize it didn’t come with the reusable filter like my first coffee bar did in 2016, and unfortunately that old reusable filter basket of course doesn’t quite fit the new unit. And the fact that the reusable k-cup pods sold at a local big box Supercenter won’t work with this either- is annoying. I don’t want to be without coffee should I run out of filters or k-cups 9’e day because my life is chaotic because of kids, a deployed spouse, ect. That gripe aside, I like the dedicated hot water line, it’ll make my kids happy that they can be more independent when they want to make some cocoa or oatmeal or some other things , especially when I’m not a fan of them using our gas stovetop. This thing brewed a 10 oz cup SO fast and quietly from a k-cup, I was impressed. And having a 60 oz carafe? Fantastic in a house that treats coffee like the nectar of the gods! Mostly well done, Ninja. 😄
