I have had this coffee maker for 13 months. The light for the power button has gone out. I have to push the button constantly to keep my coffee warm. The water reservoir leaks so I am no longer able to do anything but to put water in it every time I want coffee. I am very disappointed in this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try the Ninja® CFP301 DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System, Single-Serve, Pod, and 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker and it didn’t disappoint. I love that you can use pods or ground coffee and make either a cup or a whole pot. One of the best things is that if you just want hot water for tea or hot chocolate the water comes from a different system than the coffee system so there isn’t a coffee taste. This also has a hot water or a boiling water button which is great. I would definitely recommend buying this product for yourself or as a gift.

I love that I can use pods to make up to a 12 oz size glass or remove the pod adapter and use filters and lose coffee to make a complete pot of coffee. I can make anywhere from 4 Oz to 56! A full pot takes less than 45 seconds to brew! The delay feature has quickly become something I count on to have my coffee ready promptly at 5 a.m. Monday through Friday. The attached frother works amazingly well! I also love how little counter space this wonderful coffee maker takes up.

This is not my first ninja product! I have become a huge fan of ninja brand. they have excellent customer service. this coffee pot went beyond my expectations. tons of really cool features and it looks sleek in my home. I love the added bonus of the frother on the side ( this coffee maker bruise a cup of coffee in about 90 seconds. It is delicious and hot and absolutely perfect. It does take a little bit to learn all of the buttons because it does a lot of different things.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. My husband drinks tea and I love my coffee. With the Ninja DualBrew I can brew my cup of coffee and he can make His tea(instead of heating his water in the microwave). Not to mention the grandbabies can make their noodles for snacks, no boiling water on the stove, not with the Ninja DualBrew. Yay!!! Love, love, love, my NinjaBrew. Did I mention when I have company over I can brew coffee by the pot, double yay.

This is one of the worst coffee makers I’ve owned. It constantly drips, theres water left in the kpod after using, the instructions suck on how to make a carafe of coffee and it takes forever compared to keurig. It is also super loud when brewing. If I had the receipt.. I would return it and get something else. It is really sleek looking and I do enjoy that.

The first time I tried to use this coffee maker I received the CLN error. After running a cleaning cycle (on my brand-new device) it continues to give the CLN error about 50% of the time. I received the machine a week ago and will be trying to return. Bummer I missed out on deals on better devices.

I've been using the ninja coffee systems for several years and I upgrade about every 2 years. I was so excited when I saw the dual brew system because my wife only had use of one hand due to a stroke thus making this the perfect system for the 2 of us and I didn't have to sacrifice the quality of of my brewed coffee by using a different brand coffee maker. The brewed coffee is delicious as always but the "insulated" pot doesn't keep the coffee hot very long at all and I'm stuck having to microwave anything after my first cup. The pod system is terrible. One you get it snapped in place you have to put a small amount of pressure on the top of it to keep it from turning itself off repeatedly. If you move your hand, it stops. You can't push start without moving your hand so it's impossible for my wife to use but nobody wants to hold the top of a steaming hot pod holder while the coffee makes. I have always loved everything Ninja but this system is a fail. Sorry Ninja.

I didn’t know what I was missing until I tried this coffee machine. Not only is the coffee great tasting, but there’s so much variety in terms of the different drinks I can make that I never get tired of drinking coffee. The fact that I can choose to use pods or coffee grounds is amazing. One machine to do both. I also like how you can choose different sizes so if I just feel like making a cup I don’t have to make a whole pot. The foamy froth you can make really enhanced the specialty coffees I made using this machine. I highly recommend this machine to both the casual and avid coffee drinkers out there.

I finally ditched my keurig for good, as they don't last more than 2 years for me. This is awesome, love all the features and hot water on demand. My only thing is for the price of it, the permanent filter for brewing in the carafe should have came standard.
