So far so good. After a bad experience with my last Ninja leaking and after speaking with Ninja about it they recommended this model at a reduced price. My daughter has this model for over a year and she really likes it. It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It has a lot of features that I may not use but still a well made product.

It is compact enough that it takes up less space than the average coffee maker, and you don't have to have a separate machine for single serve pods, and with the frother that is another machine you can do away with. It is a 3 in 1!!!!

I was so excited to upgrade my last Ninja coffee machine which I love. I only replaced it bc I got a great deal on this during Christmas. I was so disappointed that this one didn’t come with the permanent filter. I went online as soon as I opened the box to order it only to find it it’s currently out of stock! I’m excited since this takes up less space than my old one. We’ll see how the coffee tastes.

We owned a Keurig for years. I just never felt that it ran hot enough for that good coffee taste. We bought this for a number of reasons. The first was the ability to pick it up on a November special for $50 bucks off. Many reviews say the coffee taste is superior to other pod machines plus there is the added bonus of having the ability to make a pot of coffee or specialty drinks and froth milk or iced coffee. We haven't tried the over-ice coffee yet, but we have made a pretty tasty latte. While not quite as strong as a true espresso machine would make, it makes a good specialty drink and a nice morning cup of brew. It is easy to use and cleaning the pod adapter and the frother is a breeze. We are really glad we bought it. Have not owned it long enough to attest to its durability.

It has alot of different functions and you can make from coffee to iced drinks to hot chocolate. The quality and value and performance is great. I love this. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I have a household of coffee drinkers, so this machine gets a lot of use. I typically brew a pot or two daily, which is as easy as a turn of a dial and a push of a button. I love the digital dial which lets you choose the size of your cup/mug/pot. In addition, you can also choose regular, bold, specialty, or cold brew. What makes this machine unique is that you can also use pods for single servings. This is so convenient for a quick mug when the pot is empty, or when only one person wants a cup. We also have hot tea drinkers in the family. To make tea, just switch the knob and you instantly have hot or boiling water for tea. Another highlight I love is the milk frother that attaches and is stored right on the machine. No more looking for attachments and figuring out how they work. Just swing out the arm, push a button, and done. It also detaches with a quick twist for easy washing. Even the measuring scoop hangs right on the machine. No more searching through junk drawers to find it! Ninja has really thought of everything this time. This is a great machine for coffee and tea drinkers of all kinds!

I used to love this! We would frequently brew coffee and make tea ect. Love the features however after 1.5 years, every time I use it, gross white flakes are inside the water. I have cleaned it over and over using vinegar and doing the full “clean” feature but even still white stuff is coming out. I can’t even use it anymore. Very upsetting considering the cost!

I purchased this product about a month ago and every time I put a K cup in and close the lid it does not puncture holes so the coffee comes out like water. I have to manually poke holes in the K cups in order for it to somewhat work and even doing that the coffee comes out watery. I’m not sure if my machine has a defect but I am very disappointed considering how expensive this machine was. I am a big fan of the ninja products but this was truly a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably one of the best coffee pots I have owned. It does all the fancy stuff like and just makes a regular good old pot of coffee. The K cup adapter works well with generic pods. The large Reservoir makes it very nice and you don’t have to refill as often. It’s a great machine for it on to go cup or to brew a pot of coffee for a weekend get together. I would highly recommend it if you are a coffee locker

Dont know why but very first pot and every pot since, when the pot is fresh and you go to pour it starts to barely come out then all of a sudden it comes pouring out fast, spilling everywhere and burning your hand holding the cup if you are not careful. Very dangerous. Unit also spits like crazy using pods when it is finishing its brew. This is with the metal pot version. DO NOT BUY, dangerous. Unit also seems to have issues with coffee grounds and the pod adapter that they cant seem to fix judging by the other reviews.
