It makes a full pot of coffee, it makes a single cup, it can give you temperature controlled water and it even has a built in foaming arm. Everything snapps together and slides into place easily, it is easy to make a delicious and fast cup of coffee, tea, cocoa, or cappuccino. As with all ninja products this machine is sleek and beautiful in design.

I purchased thus machine just over 2 years ago. I have absolutely loved the machine. It brewes the perfect drip coffee every time. The convenience of the rotatable water reservoir makes this an ideal machine for small/limited spaces. The hot water option is perfect for tea, boiling water to make quick oats, ect. About a year in of daily use the light to indicate the power button stopped showing. No big deal, easy enough to find after a year of use. Fast forward a year, now there are several indicator lights missing. The design if a sensitive digital backlogs panel placed right against where the hot water brews for a pot of coffee was a poor design. I assume they thought most people would be using coffee pods. Obviously, this machine is not for the non coffee pod peeps like myself if you want the item to function long term as designed. Again, great machine, but the price and reduced reliability of the machine is not justified.

So far it’s been working great and seems to heat up water much faster then the Keurig. I just didn’t research enough and now found out there are no reusable pods for this system which I used quite often with the Keurig. Any ideas if this will be something made in the future?

I bought a similar one about 2 years ago. I love Ninja products but this one I would not buy again. The pod holder has given us problems from the start and I stuck with it figuring it was user error. It sprays everywhere, cleaning it makes no difference. Yes I could use the big pot but that’s not really what I bought it for, but I do love the big pot for when we have company over. Now that it’s older the water reader is sometimes off. I love the concept and I’m glad to see they have changed the pod. I will stick with ninja just not a fan of this pod type.

Started using it in Jan 2022. After a month of use, started getting grounds in carafe. Ugh! Love everything about this machine but can't get it to stop getting grounds in the carafe, and now it is doing it with the Kcups! Have cleaned it and just read through all of the reviews, trying to find a solution to no avail. The drip stop lever does not stop the dripping and the machine indicates it is done brewing when it clearly is not. I Love the options of this coffee maker, sleekness, etc. but is a big negative to always get grounds all over.

I bought this a month ago. Makes the finest coffee i have had from a home coffee maker. My wife loves that she can grab a cup of hot tea from the separate water system. If the tank gets low it will pause and tell you to add water then finish the cycle.

I bought this Ninja about 2 years ago and love it, however I'm getting an error "add water", there is water in the coffee. Any one else experience this and what did you do. After paying a lot of money I'm wondering if this coffee maker will ever work again.

We have had this for less than a week & the kids will not stay closed where the pod goes! We have to sit something heavy on top or it just keeps popping back open. It’s very frustrating. I have so many Ninja products & I was really hoping to use this over Keurig

We had been using a Keurig for the past few years and quickly began to realize extent of the wastefulness of the coffee pods, so we decided to look for alternative options. The Ninja DualBrew was the answer we were looking for. Not only does it have more versatility in the function and design (with options that include classic or rich brew, over ice, water only for tea or oatmeal for example), but the sleeker and more modern design also made it a welcomed addition to our kitchen. The ability to make single cups as well as an entire 12-cup carafe is helpful for when we have guests or when one cup of coffee simply isn’t going to cut it for the day. The frother feature is also an awesome added bonus that my husband particularly loves. The Ninja DualBrew is easy to use and operate, looks aesthetically pleasing in our contemporary styled kitchen, and makes outstanding coffee. Highly recommended!

I have been using my Dual Brew Pro for about a month and love it. I switched over from a Keurig Supreme, which I liked, but had continual issues with it overheating and tripping the thermostat and also not sensing low water. After many warranty replacements, I was done. The features that I like are the large water reservoir, the cup holder that easily flips down, or up and out of the way, thermo-extraction makes a good cup with the Kcups, low water warning that allows you to refill and continue the brew you were on, and the hot/boil water system. Hands down this machine blows the KSupreme brewer out of the water. I am hoping it has a longer durability than the KSupreme has. So far, so GOOD!
