Dont know why but very first pot and every pot since, when the pot is fresh and you go to pour it starts to barely come out then all of a sudden it comes pouring out fast, spilling everywhere and burning your hand holding the cup if you are not careful. Very dangerous. Unit also spits like crazy using pods when it is finishing its brew. This is with the metal pot version. DO NOT BUY, dangerous. Unit also seems to have issues with coffee grounds and the pod adapter that they cant seem to fix judging by the other reviews.

I BOUGHT THIS IN OCTOBER 2021. I PRIMARILY USE THE DRIP CYCLE FOR ONE CUP OF COFFEE AT A TIME. MAKES GOOD COFFEE BUT NOT ALWAYS HOT ENOUGH AND NO WAY TO ADJUST TEMPERATURE FOR COFFEE. IT CAN MAKE A CUP OF BOILING HOT WATER. OTHER FEATURES WORK WELL.

I already had two great coffee makers and did not need a third. However, when I saw this one come out I really wanted to test it and compare to the others. Luckily, a friend purchased it and allowed me to borrow for a few days. I have really put this coffee maker to the test with various coffee styles, hot and iced tea, and even made instant soup, oatmeal and grits using the hot water feature. To make a long story short. The coffee has much better flavor than my old machines and is much more versatile. This could easily replace both of them. I think I need to upgrade and get one for myself. I was so excited to make my first few cups of coffee and cappuccinos with the Ninja CFP 301 Dual Brew. Sadly the coffee temperatures are not the best especially if you add a little creamer, without adding creamer it measured about 159.8 thats not enough.

I loved everything about this coffee maker...adjustable space saving design, pod or carafe, cold brew setting, water dispenser -- amazing! The only drawback is that even when it indicates that the brewing cycle is over and you go to pour yourself a cup of coffee from the carafe, it continues to leak. There is a shut off valve, but this should not have to be turned on if the brewing cycle is over. Also, I've discovered that there is often a lot of water still in the brew basket after the brewing cycle indicator goes off. I am on my second machine and still having the same problem. I feel like for the price of this product, you shouldn't have to deal with a leaky brew basket when the cycle is over. I love all of the features and they all work well with the exception of the leaky basket.

I love ninja products especially this new coffee maker! I was actually gifted this for Christmas from my husband and I love how versatile it is. From regular coffee, to specialties, to iced, to k-cup brewing anddddd to top it off I can just pour hot water and prepare simple breakfast like oatmeals! The only thing I’m crossing my fingers on is that Ninja comes out with a reusable “k-cup” filter. But, for now I’ve literally used every single feature and trust when I say it’s worth it!

We have been using this coffee maker for about 2 years and I can honestly say we absolutely love it! I'm one of those that like to do a lot of research before buying. This ticked most of our boxes. Prior to buying this we were using a Cuisinart Keurig. My initial reason for wanting this was to be able to brew if we have coffee. It turns out we like the brewed coffee shop much more than the pods! We almost exclusively brew now with an occasional pod here and there. I love how easy it is to switch between the two. My husband also loves iced coffee and this does a great job with brewing for iced coffee. The other feature that i love is the dedicated hot water port. In the winter i love hot tea at night and it's nice to use the coffee maker for that and have hot water without it tasting like coffee. We have had no issues and we use it every day (sometimes more). The only thing it does not do is grind the coffee for you (not that would be AWESOME!!) Very happy with this product.

We bought this because I love Ninja products and we liked the idea of the built in frother. I’ve had some successes but my main challenge is I end up with coffee grounds all over the pot, brew basket, and in my coffee!! I’ve tried to buy beans and grind them very coarse, which works most of the time. I’ve wasted so many pots of coffee. I’ve tried pods and the same thing happens. Yes, I’m using a paper filter and it’s the right size. I’m using the right amount of coffee grounds. Please help. Needing caffeine

With the exception of my stand up kitchen aide mixer, every single appliance that I own is made from ninja. I absolutely love shark and shark ninja products. I've gotten about 10 people to buy the shark mopvac and 6 to buy the hot and cold ninja blender. I also own several other ninja foodi products, along with the the coffee bar. Your products are well made and you truly think of everything. I wish I could test products for you guys because I can sell ice to an Eskimo and when I talk about your products I do it with passion. That's why people always run to go buy the products I tell them about. Keep making innovative kitchen appliances that truly raise the bar.
