I've been using the ninja coffee systems for several years and I upgrade about every 2 years. I was so excited when I saw the dual brew system because my wife only had use of one hand due to a stroke thus making this the perfect system for the 2 of us and I didn't have to sacrifice the quality of of my brewed coffee by using a different brand coffee maker. The brewed coffee is delicious as always but the "insulated" pot doesn't keep the coffee hot very long at all and I'm stuck having to microwave anything after my first cup. The pod system is terrible. One you get it snapped in place you have to put a small amount of pressure on the top of it to keep it from turning itself off repeatedly. If you move your hand, it stops. You can't push start without moving your hand so it's impossible for my wife to use but nobody wants to hold the top of a steaming hot pod holder while the coffee makes. I have always loved everything Ninja but this system is a fail. Sorry Ninja.

We bought this unit on November 5th and on the morning of November 23rd it stopped recognizing that we had a coffee filter full of ground coffee and would not brew. It still recognizes when a k cup is in it and will brew a cup, but if I wanted a coffee maker that only used k cups, that’s what I would have bought. Will be returning this on Black Friday. Very disappointed.

We have had our new Ninja dual brew coffee system for about two weeks now. We love how hot the coffee is and the great taste of ice tea when making from the Ninja dual brew. Figuring out how to use all of the options that are on this system has been a little difficult, but once we figured it out, it is now so easy. We love this Ninja Dual Brew Coffee System.

Love this coffee maker. It brews in less than a minute or 2. I was looking for a pot that wouldn’t take up a lot of countertop and this one did the trick. I just was wondering if there is water filters that need to be replaced. I saw that it has a water filter but it doesn’t say it needs to be replaced.

Bought this about a year ago after our Keurig finally died after a faithful 9 years of service. My wife and I liked the range of options this offered and felt it would be great since it’s a Ninja product. Though she’s happy with it I am not. The pods function works okay, but after using it 3 times there are significant grounds in the coffee. As long as I rinse out the pods brewing container EVERY TIME all is well. The picture shows how many grounds are left behind after one use. Additionally, I’ve found the carafe regularly dribbles coffee when pouring. Nothing overly significant, but enough that I’ve been very frustrated with it. The carafe also has a lip on it which makes it difficult to pour out all its contents. Haven’t used the frother so don’t know anything about that. The brewing options available are nice, but I really miss the simplicity and cleanliness of my Keurig!!

I am 99% satisfied by this coffee maker that our children gave to us for Christmas. The only knock I have against it is the "pause to pour" feature. You slide the lever to "close", and wait a few seconds for the drips to stop, then you remove the carafe to pour and coffee still drips out onto the heating surface ... about a drop per second. I aways bought cheap Mr. Coffee or Black & Decker coffee makers and never had this problem before. I expected more from the Ninja people.

I have this coffeemaker since October of 2021 now. I used to have all kinds of Keurig models, they all caused issues within the warranty period. I use this one several times a day. I have done k-cup pods, filtered in the carafe, made tea by using the hot or boiling water feature and this miracle machine has not once failed me in any way. I love the built-in frother, although I use it only occasionally, but it works flawless, and within seconds I have nice foam for cappuccino. I have used it for milk and the Coffee-Mate I usually use. During the winter month we have used the hot/boiling water feature for Thera-Flu and/or tea bags, but i have also made tea with k-cups. The options are endless. There is one minor thing that I would Ninja to consider for an updated model in the future: please offer a water filter for the water reservoir. My tap water is full of chlorine, so I have to use filtered water (Brita pitcher). Keurig and Cuisinart offer those little filter packs that sit in a holder and can be replaced when needed, that's the only thing the Ninja is missing, besides that: I love this machine.

Bought in August 2021….works great until around 15-month mark and is literally dying a slow death. Display/dial/clock lights going out one by one and soon will not be able to see anything for selections. Unfortunate as it’s a neat unit, but warranty is out and won’t be buying another.

I received this about a month ago and have mixed feelings. Overall, I am happy with the machine however, there are a few things that I am still trying to figure out. I still don't understand the carafe settings how much to do scoops and water settings. The plate to keep the coffee hot doesn't stay on as much as advertised, it cuts off after about 2 hours. I have yet to figure out how to cut the plate on by itself. It has been hit or miss with having to do scoops for the carafe, one too many, and the coffee is very strong and bitter. One too less and it is very watery. I found Folger pre-filled filtered coffee paks, which is suppose to make 10 cups, I set the coffee maker to 33 oz, and it does ok. Also, I am surprised the k-cup setting doesn't go to 14 oz's like my Hamilton Beach maker did that I was using before this purchase. The main reason I purchased this maker is the preset setting so that I could have coffee brewing while I am getting dressed in the morning, and it is a great feature. I set it the night before and it works wonderfully.

Like how quickly you get your coffee. It does not keep coffee warm for your second cup. The carafe handle is attached to a ring that goes around the top, not a good design. Old coffee sit around that ring and then comes out when pouring your coffee. Didnt think I would have to wash the carafe after every use.
