I was a little worried if this machine was going to perform well considering multifunction machines sometimes aren't that great. This is amazing. I love the fact that I can decide each day whether I want a full pot of coffee or just a k-cup and both functions are perfect. Plus it does boiling water so I don't need my electric kettle anymore!

My previous Ninja hot and cold was a real workhorse for 5 years. Brewed excellent coffee and met our needs. Thought I would want a thermal carafe so I purchased this one with high hopes. Unfortunately, like other reviewers have mentioned, coffee gets lukewarm after 30 minutes. I grind beans just before brewing, but the coffee has a slight off taste. I have had excellent coffee using the 10 oz single brew but again, it doesn’t seem to be as hot as my previous pot. Really undecided whether to keep or return.

First thoughts after opening the box was that it felt too light to be a quality product. Using it for three weeks changed that opinion. Yup, it's still light... but does everything it is touted to do flawlessly. We tried a timed carafe and the coffe was rich and flavorful. Use the Aieve reusable k- cup daily and the coffee tastes much better than with our old Keurig machine. I also use the 4 oz specialty mode every afternoon and froth the milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk) to make a cappuccino. My wife uses the water mode several times a day. Every thing works great... and is intuitive. Most importantly, the coffee tastes great. BTW, we always use the "Rich" setting when using the pods (except for the "Special" setting).

Previously I owned the original Ninja "coffee bar" and loved to much about that pot. Sadly it died and I recently purchased the DualBrew Pro, as my husband and I are both addicted to the coffee that a Ninja pot produces. LOVE this DualBrew so much, so many options. I use the pod selection almost daily, it's great for a flavored coffee pick me up during the day or a fresh cup of decaf in the evening. My husband is a pot drinker and prefers only one brand. We both get what we want and enjoy our retirement mornings, with our preferred choice of coffees made from the same machine. Love it.

This is terrible! It seems to be too much pressure on either brewing into the pot or by k-cup. If by pot, it kicks up the grains over the large filter and so you end up with grainy coffee in the pot. If by k cup, it splashes a lot out of the cup (tall yeti) and makes a mess on the table. Sucks! For a $180 coffee maker it's a thumbs down for sure.

Only had this for about a month but very happy so far. This coffee maker does about anything one could ask for. Couldn’t be more pleased!

I've had it a couple weeks now and it's fabulous! This machine really does make better coffee. I'm using the same kind of coffee as I did with my normal coffee maker and it just tastes so much smoother. It literally replaced 3 machines.

Love this dual brew pro speciality coffee system! It's so great that it is compatible with k cup pods. Makes my mornings so much easier! Love it so much
