I received this coffee machine As a gift 10 months ago and 8 months ago it stopped working the pods don't work and I can't make it 12 cup of coffee every time I tried to mke refmgular code start beeping and show clean I I have always maintained it by cleaning it but still not working even I buy a new pod replacement

I love my Ninja brands. I wanted a coffee maker that can do a pot and pods and also different sizes either way. This is it. It has more than I expected. I can set different cup to pot sizes using the filter and coffee or I can go from small to travel size with the pods. My favorite feature is the water. If I just want water I turn a dial and the water comes from a whole different outlet so you don’t get a coffee flavor. You can do hot or boiling water. Amazing!! I have had it for months and am very happy with it.

This Coffee maker has got to be the best we've ever owned. Our only curiosity is, how do we keep the Coffee hot for a 2 or 4 hour duration? After reading the instructions, we didn't find anything indicating setting a timeframe. In any case, we are very pleased w/the Ninja product line. As well as, Shark producrs; we own both! 🙂

Such a nice dual coffee maker! I've had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven't tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

This coffee pot was truly by far the best coffee pot I have ever used. There's a setting for it to froth your creamer to make foam. There's a setting for you to brew an entire pot of hot water for tea. There's a whole setting for a regular pot of coffee. And then a single cup option too. It is so easy to clean the little froth or just twist right off so you can rinse it and wash it. I definitely recommend this to someone who is interested in different types of hot drinks and specialty drinks.

There are so many things to love about the Ninja DualBrew Specialty Coffee System! It's an incredibly versatile and easy to use speciality coffee maker, and I appreciate the ability to make a full pot of coffee as well. It's very high quality and easy to clean, and the setup was a breeze! I tend to use the 4 ounce specialty setting to make espresso-like coffee, and the. I add milk and flavoring to get a coffee shop experience from my own home. I love that you can use the basket to brew coffee/espresso, or you can also use your favorite k cups! Additionally, it's a breeze to make boiling water for tea or hot cocoa, and it uses a different water line than the coffee, so no more coffee grounds in my hot water! The one negative I found was the milk frother. Though it does a good job frothing milk, you have to heat the milk first. I found myself stopping using this feature because it didn't feel that there was much benefit. Overall a great, versatile specialty coffee maker in a decent price range!

I thought I would love this product but unfortunately, if there was a lemon law for coffee makers, this would apply. I called a couple of months before warranty ran out and said the pod attachment didn't work so they sent me a new one which also didn't work. Now the coffee maker stops at 20% in and indicates clean which I have done numerous times, I now have had the coffee maker about 18 months so it looks as though I'll have to purchase another,.., Poor rating.

Bought this a couple of months ago. Works well. My only complaint is there is no way to choose the water temperature. I enjoy my coffee and tea really hot. Ninja should allow you to choose your water temperature and raise the temperature choices like the keurig does

I bought this coffee machine as I have many ninja products and thought that the quality would be ensured. Nevertheless the lights have gone out already! Some lights are showing and some aren't. Safe to say that I'll start thinking twice about ninja products now. This is the latest one I received and ever since they have moved their holdings to public their product quality seemed to have declined drastically. Additionally the fact that they don't have an email support or ticketing system is crazy. Greed destroys companies
