Tide products undergo thorough testing to make sure they clean effectively every time when used as directed, so this isn&#39;t the experience we want or expect you to have, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help. <br /><br />Excess residue is often caused by incorrect dosing/dispensing, so be sure to follow the pack instructions for dosing and always place the Pod in the back of the drum before the garments for best results.
