While we're sorry to hear you've had some difficulties with your PODS™, we're here to help! On a small number of machines, the size of the gap between the washing machine door and the rubber seal means that the PODS™ can become trapped. The outside casing (film) of the empty PODS™ can become stuck to the door/seal of the washing machine. Luckily, this can be prevented by making sure to not overload your washer and adding the PODS™ to the drum of your machine before you add your clothes. If you do find residue, you can remove it easily with a soft damp cloth using mild soap and water.
