...without something in bedded in my ear canal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a year ago and I've been happy with them. I liked the idea that I could listen without having something in bedded in my ear canal; I find these to be comfortable, several times I have fallen asleep with them on. Now these have fit into my lifestyle because I wake up a lot and can't get back to sleep; and with these I can comfortably rest and listen to symphonic music and not wake my wife. Listening to rock while I'm awake is also nice. They do have some drawbacks, they are set to a peak volume and at times normal listening will be interrupted by daily ordinary noise; I would say that they are best used in silence or when you don't mind being interrupted by a question. I understand why the technology doesn't allow for an increase in volume, they're tiny speakers reproducing the sound of many instruments just outside the ear canal to tun them up higher would cause it to sound like an earpiece on an old transistor radio. If this doesn't concern you try them, you are allowed a "test drive".

So so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I never really purchased these earbuds, I “UPGRADED” when I had a warranty issue with my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds(which I miss). I’ve had to replace these 3 times and it is looking like it be a fourth time due to battery and Bluetooth connectivity issues. I will say the quality of the sound is pretty good and the open ear concept is meant for what they say they are.

5 out of 5 stars review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds for a little while now, and they’ve quickly become my go‑to for both work and daily use. The noise cancellation is genuinely impressive — it cuts out background chatter, HVAC hum, and even most traffic noise without making my ears feel pressured. The sound quality is exactly what I expect from Bose: rich, clean, and full, with vocals that sit beautifully in the mix. The fit is secure and comfortable, even during long listening sessions, and the stability bands keep them in place without feeling intrusive. Battery life has been solid for my routine, and the case feels premium and compact enough to carry around. The touch controls take a day or two to get used to, but once you do, they’re intuitive. Overall, these earbuds deliver on what they promise — comfort, clarity, and truly effective noise cancellation. If you value immersive sound and a premium feel, they’re absolutely worth it.

Concert quality sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My most recent purchase was the Bose Max portable speaker. We recently did our backyard and that little speaker fills up the whole yard with award-winning sound. I’ve been buying those products since the mid 80s. My first purchase was the acoustic mass 10. Bose is a little bit more money but you get what you pay for nothing else compares. I have 15 oh speakers throughout my house my wife and my children love music. I bought a SoundTouch 300 system 10 years ago. It still feels like I’m at the concert. Those products are unmatched. You can try the rest, but Bose is the best.

This is so sad

Unfortunately, I am having a bad experience with these earbuds; they turned out to be defective, as the volume is far too low. Furthermore, when I filed a claim, I wasn't given the option to choose the same color as my original purchase. What a terrible experience.

overall quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose QuietComfort earbuds have become a key part of my workouts. The noise cancellation blocks out everything around me, letting me stay focused and locked in without distractions. Whether I’m in a crowded gym or outside, it helps me stay in my own zone. The sound quality makes a big difference too. The bass gives my music that extra push, keeping my energy up and helping me stay motivated through tough sets or long runs. It’s like having a steady rhythm driving me forward. They’re also comfortable and stay in place, so I don’t have to keep adjusting them while I’m moving. I can focus completely on what I’m doing instead of worrying about my gear. Overall, they help me stay focused, motivated, and consistent — which is exactly what I need to get the most out of every workout.

Great when there are no problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned thesefor quite some time. When there are no problems, these works amazingly. Can't beat the sound or noise cancellation. However there seem to be so many issues. It stems mostly from not connecting properly, Bluetooth not always syncing. Make sure the headphones are going into the charger without any thing impeding the connection or it won't charge. A lot of trial and error with these

Bose Ultra Open Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of open earbuds, I enjoy listening to music but I prefer to be aware of my surroundings. Exercising, whether at the gym or walking it is much better to remain aware of your environment. Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have excellent sound quality but the thing that makes them stand out for me is the comfort. My biggest issue is I forget that I'm wearing them, yesterday, I had to pick up a prescription and when I got to the checkout line clerk stopped and asked if I could hear them, I had forgotten I was wearing them when I went to the pharmacy. Now that is comfortable! There are no other earbuds I can wear for such extended periods with no discomfort. I know that comfort is different for everyone but for me, Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are my preferred choice. The only time that I use different earbuds is when I'm flying, on a plane, in ear noise canceling earbuds or headphones are a better choice.

Comfortable but not intended for loud environment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I love the feeling of not being inserted into my inner ear that would sometimes create discomfort and itchiness in the ear. This could be worn while listening in a room or place that is not too noisy because it does not have noise cancelling on it. The only problem I see is listening outside for music or taking phone calls because at times I can not hear the other party while walking on the streets because I can hear the background noise.

Best in class ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My third upgrade now of Bose's latest ANC tech. As usual, still the best in class. I never leave home without them. And definitely do not travel without them. Great for airplanes, public transport, or simply listening to something while working.
