Bose has been super about replacing them but it is frustrating that they stop working. I am a loyal Bose customer and wish there was a better solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a few months ago as I wanted to try a different style of earbuds. They work fine for listening to music, but as other reviews mention, they do not work well for calls (I always had issues with the person on the other side not being able to hear me). Now I barely use them because I need the call functionality to work. At this price range, it’s disappointing it doesn’t work good for calls. Other than that, it would have been great.

Also, being able to still hear my surroundings while listening to music or an audiobook is wonderful! Great for wearing around the house, working out, or going for a walk.

Base delivery when I’m in the mood is perfect. Hope the upcoming replacements are same sound quality as only Bose can do, to enjoy music quality at it’s best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose continues to innovate and improve on their products. For the first time ever Bose has created something very exciting. I have never seen the open earbuds concept delivered in such high sounding fashion. The integration with the Bose Allows the products to be seen and be able to determine the best audio quality at all times. I have many Bose products and continue to expand on the line up. I still very much rock the Bose Sunglasses every day even though the lenses are pretty scratched up.

The only problem I tend to have with these are that after a while they start to go all static for some reason not sure why but they are very expensive to keep buying more so this will probably be my last pair ever unless that issue gets resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 2 pairs. I used for remote working. They are able to connect to my phone & computer for zoom meetings. Sound is good. They stay on even when eating. I also use them while walking/exercising. They stay snug and I have no fear they will fall off. Sound is good, but still able to hear what is going on around me. I would recommend them.

I'm always hated those because no matter what size fittings I used they made my ears hurt after about 30 seconds. These bothered me at first and I was afraid I was going to have to return them, but I stuck with it and now I just love them! And the Sunset Copper color is to die for!
