Fantastic earbuds, 2 thumbs up on all features, noise cancellation is off the chart, use them while cutting grass, no noise whatsoever, the only dig I can come up with, is side sleepers, it takes a bit of getting used to, I dropped down to the small ear piece and that helped, but they still protrude enough into the pillow to be uncomfortable.

Looked and tried many earbud makes and are over the years. Not one would stay securely in my ear for any length of time. Finally, earbuds that stay in place regardless of what I'm doing: exercising, sweating, running, skiing, skateboarding, eating, walking the dogs. They sound fantastic all while keeping me aware of my surroundings… and I forget I'm wearing them. Thank you, Bose.

I had it originally purchased shockz open fit + 2 then ordered JBL 4 endurance earbuds returned both of them to go back to Bose earbuds by far the best quality best sounding best fitting earbuds on the market waste of time trying the other two products in my opinion Bose is the best sounding speakers/ earbuds thank you for making a great product.

Having been a long time Bose customer, I have always used over the ear headphones. But I decided to try the in ear noise canceling ones and I was immensely satisfied. They work wonderful whilst allowing me more freedom during long flights and work. Their noise cancellation work amazingly.

They fit comfortably in one's ear. The sound is sharp and noise cancellation is awesome. They are very sensitive to light touch so you have to make sure you don't try to adjust them or light ly touch them while you are on a call. All in all they are wonderful and worth the investment.

I purchased these ear buds to use while walking my dog and for the gym. They have been incredibly easy to use and very comfortable. Even with my bigger hands and fingers getting these placed properly was a no brainer. Love the simplistic controls. I don't have to know Morse code in order to adjust volume, move between tracks or adjust spatial settings. Love the quality of the sound. While I haven't hit the limits on the battery life, but based on how much battery was left when I took them off (50%+) I expect they will be juiced for a full day.

Overall, I really like them... The only improvement I can recommend, is to make the actual Earbud part, slightly adjustable... Or make slightly different depths of the Sound producing part.... Oh, and the Battery could stand to last a little longer.... JS

I have an issue with them staying connected even though I am sitting right next to my phone. They start to fade out then they snap crackle and pop then the lose connection. After a few seconds they pick back up and work properly for a hile then do the samething. Very Frustrating.

Not so happy with this purchase. When I first opened it up, my first thought was, I love this color!. Then when I grabbed it out, it was light and flimsy, cheaply made. I have 5 different Bose earphone products. This by far is the worst. The noise cancelling isn't as good as my Apple earbuds. The quality of the buds are crap, you would think because it's light, that it'd be comfortable, but it isn't. I wore them for two hours and my ears hurt. The color is pretty. But the product wasn't what I expected out of Bose. Don't buy these if you have other noise cancelling earbuds.

Wore these brand new earbuds for a run. I made it 3miles before the left earbud stopped working and now either squeals a loud tone or just a thump but no sound before turning all the way off. I've now had these not work during runs, the QC version 2 stop working, and the ultra free open ear earbuds stop working from fitness. Bose is not durable enough to last their year warranty and they only replace items once with à refurbished pair that last typically about 100days. Very very disappointed Bose has turned to crap.
