I bought these and I'm so glad I did. The battery is great. I charge them like once a week. I use them for the gym. Noise cancellation is good and so is connectivity. When speaking on the phone, I can hear the call and the person I am talking to can hear me clearly. Overall good buy.

Je suis épaté par l'effet. Je peux porter mes pods même lorsque je suis en famille avec l'impression que la Musique joue autour de moi sans déranger personne. Magique pour la course et marche en forêt ou rue. Ils sont aussi parfait pour entendre en écoutant de la Musique au travail pour écrire pendant qu'il faut être attentif au sons environnant. Une beau wow!! Cela ne remplace pas des Pods fermé ou qui entre dans les oreilles qui selon moi ont une autre utilité ( tondeuse, endroit très bruyant ) .

These are amazing. I don't like sticking things in my ears, so buds have always been annoying. These are so amazing, comfortable, and the sound is incredible. I also enjoy being able to hear things happening around me while listening. I will buy again for sure!

I'm still trying to get used to them. I have to study exactly how to fit them into my ear so they don't pop out which has happened a few times walking on the street. Basically you can't really take them out of the box and pop them in. Now i have to find them time to study.

Way better than I expected. I have tried a bunch of different earbuds in the last year, trying to find a really good pair. No matter how much I spent, they had problems. I finally gave up and bought the Bose ultra open when they were on sale. The way they fit is extremely comfortable. The sound quality is typical high level Bose. I wasted a lot of money before buying these, but I'm glad I finally did.These are the very best open ear buds i've ever had.

Bought these for my Father's Day gift greatest purchase ever! I recently broke my in ear quiet comfort buds and was looking for an upgrade, I really love the open ear it helps with conversations and being aware. They fit really well with little movement to fall off. Has the best battery life I yet had my buds die on me. I really dig the moonlight grey color way. The silver stands out and I always get compliments.

I had such high hopes for these earbuds. I love the style, color and fit of the earbuds. I don't like the way they connect to my phone, I wish it was a simple Bluetooth connection instead of using the Bose app. This may be just mine, but when I use them to talk on my phone hands free the clarity is horrible, I usually have to switch to my AirPods so whoever I'm on the phone with can hear me clearly. Now when I listen to music it's awesome. I just don't want to flip flop between earbuds.

I am debating on whether or not to return these earbuds. I love the sound quality. I love the aspect of open ear. I do not enjoy the fit. It hurts my ears after about an hour, and I often have to adjust the earbuds to hear different formats everything else about the earbuds are superior to all the earbuds I’ve ever owned, but the fit is just not working for me. When I need isolation it is not an option with open earbuds. I would really like to have in earbuds that enhance ambient sound with the sound quality that Bose provides only Bose. I want the enhancement of ambient sound because I have a 25% hearing deficit due to my career as a first responder.

I bought them a few weeks ago to replace my old Bose QC earbuds. One broke and I couldn't get it fixed. This is my third pair, and so far they are the least reliable. My pair from the previous generation had better noise reduction and never cut out, although they could be difficult to pair. My first generation are huge compared to these, but they are still very reliable and the had a case that charged on plate charger which I see they are bringing back. These don't seem to have the quietness of the previous pair no matter which combination of fittings that I try, and sometimes they just cut out and back. This happens regularly - at least once every 15-30 minutes. They also seem a bit tinny sounding compared to the previous generation, and the noise cancellation is a bit sporadic. I definitely had to turn off the voice command feature because if I spoke to anyone it tried to figure out what I wanted and was a distraction to my conversation.. I really like the colour though.

I bought these headphones a month ago because they're very comfortable and practical. However, after less than a month of use, they're having connection issues—the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and the headphones stop playing. After several tests, I think they were definitely defective. It's a shame that this brand continues to have these kinds of problems.
