[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several pairs of these, and they all fail miserably to work consistently with my iPhone and Apple Watch on a consistent pace basis. I expect to be able to go to work out and put them into my ear and listen to music while I work out without having to take a half hour each time to repair them with my watch. I also found that one year would consistently lose charge and so I only was able to get one bud working most of the time.I worked endlessly with tech-support to no avail and after months of frustration, I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 3 and I’ve given all of my Bose earbuds to Goodwill. I found that I cannot use the on a regular basis without issues and a lot of handholding and found many times even with that they did not work properly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly obsessed with my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. They are incredibly beautiful, easily the best-looking headphones out there. The app to adjust the sound is such a great feature, and the stereo mode is SO fun. It really makes the whole listening experience feel more immersive and unique. They are definitely my favorite for music, but I will say they’re not the best for phone calls. If you’re looking for something fun, stylish, and great for music, these are 100% worth it.

Purchased these AirPods as I wanted something soft in my ears rather than the hard ones from Apple that feel extremely uncomfortable after wearing them for any length of time. I'm extremely happy with these Quiet Comfort EarBuds and impressed with their sound cancelling feature. I used them this week for a long distance interstate travel - they were perfect.

They work fine for listening to music, but as other reviews mention, they do not work well for calls (I always had issues with the person on the other side not being able to hear me). Now I barely use them because I need the call functionality to work. At this price range, it’s disappointing it doesn’t work good for calls. Other than that, it would have been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had them for several years and love them. They're great when I ski as they fit underneath my helmet. Setting them on aware in the Bose app allows me to enjoy the music while talking to fellow skiers on the lift. Battery life is excellent, lasting all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these earbuds so much for listening while walking my dog or jogging on my own. The open concept allows me to listen to all of my surroundings which was important to me for safety whether on sidewalks or on nature trails. They are very comfortable and stay much cleaner than in the ear inserts that can get coated in ear wax or push wax deeper into your ear (I say that as an Audiologist that works in hearing health)! Overall, I am thrilled with these headphones!

Unfortunately, the sound disparity in comparison to the ultra 2 or over-ear headphones was too significant, and I had difficulty with finding a comfortable placement. I also understand that my intent is to be able to be locked into whatever I'm doing which includes strong noise cancelling, so these were just not quite the right fit.

Bose has been super about replacing them but it is frustrating that they stop working. I am a loyal Bose customer and wish there was a better solution
