They worked fine for a week. Now they don't stay connected. They cut off numerous times, then connect. The case is not connecting to the app. Is there an update that can fix these issues ? Please help.

I have had these for almost a month, absolutely love them. These are some of the best EarPods for music that I've ever had and I love being able to switch over so easy to answer my cell phone.

I already have the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) and decided to buy the earbuds. They are great! Like using them when exercising or walking.

I'm happy with my bose ultra open earbuds; they are comfortable and don't fall out. They have good sound, although some external noise does leak in because of their open design.

I wouldn't say they are the best sounding Bose headphones I have nor are they good at noise cancellation but that's not why I purchased them. I am constantly wearing in the ear or over the ear headphones and these Ultra Open earbuds are the perfect set to wind down with after a long day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several pairs of these, and they all fail miserably to work consistently with my iPhone and Apple Watch on a consistent pace basis. I expect to be able to go to work out and put them into my ear and listen to music while I work out without having to take a half hour each time to repair them with my watch. I also found that one year would consistently lose charge and so I only was able to get one bud working most of the time.I worked endlessly with tech-support to no avail and after months of frustration, I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 3 and I’ve given all of my Bose earbuds to Goodwill. I found that I cannot use the on a regular basis without issues and a lot of handholding and found many times even with that they did not work properly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The fit with the different size holders is superb- bus do not move or fall out, even under strenuous exercise and sweating. The sound quality is superb and I prefer using these with my Bluetooth TV than the internal speaker.

When I need to be aware of my surroundings, it's got me too. It's so comfortable sometimes I forget I even have it on! It goes on the straps of my mask, too, and that's barely even noticeable also! I love just getting it out of my pocket. Taking out the buds. Slipping them on my ears is so easy. I can hear each individual beat of the music, and I love that! Such an aesthetically pleasing look. I stare at it any chance I get. I recommend this for all my friends and family and the person who's reading this review, too!
