[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my ear buds for over a year and have been extremely happy with them. I purchased these to use while I am doing lawn care and shop work. I had tried other noise canceling ear devices and the quality, durability and fit were substandard. I have small ear canals and trying to find a comfortable fit was difficult. With the variety of sizes availables through Bose, I found a perfect fit that is comfortable and keeps the ears buds secure while I use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Bose open ear headphones for almost two years now and they are great! The battery lasts super long and the sound quality is fantastic. Only problems i’ve found is sometimes phone calls can be a bit difficult and if you wear them for a very long period of times sometimes they can make your ears sore but they stay on when working out and they’re perfect for commuting so I feel safe hearing my surroundings and being able to enjoy my podcasts or music!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pro Bose and have been buying Bose for over 30 years. My recent purchase of my quite comfort earphones has come with a disappointment. The ear buds don't charge well and can when they do charge only one wants to work. When they both work they die in about 10 mins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first bought them they were having an odd static hiccup, particularly in the right earbud, but now it's disappeared so I can confidently say these open earbuds are fantastic; the sound quality is great and clear, the battery lasts a majority of my shift while player CONTINUOUSLY, and I love the color variety they show. And nobody ever knows they are wireless earbuds, which make them even better!

They stay secure when I go for a run as well. The sound is good, especially considering they are not for noise cancelling. Definitely glad I purchased them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earbuds about 5 years ago, and they are still going strong. The only drawback to the design, which may have been fixed in later versions, is that I've a been unable to clean some of the ear wax from the earbuds, and it has caused some rusting over time. The rust has not affected the performance of the earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My coworker bought a pair of these for herself and really liked them. I decided to buy a pair and I don't regret for a minute. They are so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them. I listen to podcasts at work and normally the battery on my phone needs charging halfway through the day. Not anymore! My phone lasts all day because I can have my volume at a lower level with my new bose ultra open earbuds. The sound quality is fantastic, you can control functions from the earbuds like pause, skip forward/ backwards, answer calls etc.

He is super picky about the sound quality and loves them for the sound and how well they stay in his ears when he runs. The three stars is for the charging case. The prongs get stuck down then it won’t charge and he has to fight with it to get the prongs back up to charge them again. He is constantly frustrated by this.
