[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my Christmas present last November when they were on sale, since than I had to send them back for a replacement. Unfortunately they seem to have the same issue the right side only has connectivity problems but only on starting to use them each day. Last about 5 min. Maybe after a restart they are fine for the rest of the day. Also I can't use them on phone calls because no one can hear me.

ok I brought these for my daughter and she cant stop saying positive dadte about these buds she love all of it love how they dont feel like they're in her ear and also how they dont fall out well designed according to her I'm just the dad buying for his daughter

Base delivery when I’m in the mood is perfect. Hope the upcoming replacements are same sound quality as only Bose can do, to enjoy music quality at it’s best.

Although they are great that they dont fall out your ears if the area is to loud you would not be able to enjoy. The earbuds are not loud enough or go in your ear deep enough to hear the music.

I could not even finish one movie without wanting to get them out. So I had been looking for options for a long time. And finally decided to try these open earbuds. These do not hurt. They are light, and grip is perfect without feeling any type of pinch. In got them in Gray and Silver color and enjoy how they even look like earrings.

Both are refurbished and perform flawlessly. The sound quality is exactly what I expect from Bose: rich, full, and immersive, while still allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings on the trail. And the comfort is outstanding. I can wear them for long periods without any issues. Highly recommend, especially if you can snag a refurbished pair.

I love how easy they are to use, skipping songs, volume control and answering calls. The sound is great in them, with also the ability to hear what’s going on around me. I love how they stay put and don’t fall out, and I don’t have to constantly adjust them in my ears. They don’t hurt my ears if I wear them for a long period of time. I have been wanting them forever and kept putting it off and should have got them sooner.
