Got my pair replaced through warranty, how ever with in 2 weekend the same issue happened for a few days then went away.

These are different than my last and it took a few minutes to figure out how to get them situated in my ear, but I like them much better than the older version. Very comfortable and work even better. Love them and will always stick with Bose for my ear gear.

I ultimately could not use them due to my ears being too wide in the area where they would fit the best. Good product overall but my ears would not cooperate for a good fit.

I thought maybe I'd use these for travel or backup for my AirPods. I haven't used my AirPods since. These are so comfortable that I often forget I have them on! And, I bought a refurbished pair! I can't speak to their sound-canceling and microphone abilities. I may still use AirPods for them. But, who knows— these are so good, maybe I won't. Haven't yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these several months ago, and have used them heavily and mostly while running. The sound is stunning, especially from an open earbud design, but my favorite part is the fit: I find it difficult to find earbuds that fit well. Once the speaker is in your ear, if you slide the other 'side' into place wherever works for you, they will be secure. It's also very odd but great to hear conversations and important things going on around you even with volume turned up to a reasonable listening level. I would definitely buy these again.

Also, the noise canceling feature is better than anything on the market. I've had Bose products for almost 10 years. I wish I would have discovered them sooner. Oh, also the ear buds are extremely comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my open air buds. I have two pairs (black and blue). Fitting for the gym where I like to push myself. These earbuds are great, stay charged for w long time, and allow me to hear everything around me while listening to my “get pumped”tunes.

Setting them on aware in the Bose app allows me to enjoy the music while talking to fellow skiers on the lift. Battery life is excellent, lasting all day.

Bose has been super about replacing them but it is frustrating that they stop working. I am a loyal Bose customer and wish there was a better solution
