[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned the quiet comfort 2 earbuds for 2 years. Not really happy with them. They fall out of my ears frequently regardless of the different size fittings I use. I also find the touch controls problematic.

They sound great and are very comfortable to wear when I’m working around the house or exercising. When they finally give out, I’ll be replacing them with another pair of Bose. They have been great.

One is just generally update the app it's not user-friendly. It's not easy to scroll through options. The other is to create more variability in size of ear tips. I also have the ultra and they are excellent as well.

The only downside side I have think is they struggle with staying paired to my HP laptop. But most of my various Bose headphones have don’t this. But I use them for watching movies and love them.

The kids were very impressed and had already knew that Bose was the number one brand and the best possible listening experience. They are 17, 16 and 13. They were Delighted. The youngest kept remarking she felt like she was at a concert . I bought the ultra open earbuds for safety purposes while they were out riding on their bike scooters etc. I wanted to make sure that they were able to hear signs of danger. As always. Bose is my go to brand and the only brand I would consider buying..

They are so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them. I listen to podcasts at work and normally the battery on my phone needs charging halfway through the day. Not anymore! My phone lasts all day because I can have my volume at a lower level with my new bose ultra open earbuds. The sound quality is fantastic, you can control functions from the earbuds like pause, skip forward/ backwards, answer calls etc.

The only issue I have is I’ve had to return one pair cause they wouldn’t charge in their case. Bose sent me another pair an they’ve been fine until the last several months where they won’t charge fully any longer. They only charge to 90% unless I keep the case plugged in and charging.
