I don't like earbuds that go in my ear and these sit so nicely outside my ear but provide a superb sound quality. I can wear them for hours without the ear fatigue I get from other earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded these in for my 2 yr old QC earbuds. While the sound is excellent, especially the immersion feature, I have a couple of issues with them. First, they don’t fit quite as well as the QC’s, even with the adjustable inserts. Also, they’re very sensitive to touch. If I try to adjust them while listening, it will sense this as a tap. I’ve had to disable that feature. Overall, very good product and I would get them again.

Sometimes...you don't even know when you knocked one out. It is a testament to how comfortable these are. Now, these cannot be replaced by one bud which I found out the hard way. I decided to order a pair of previously refurbished open ears. I got the color that I wanted and the battery is awesome and they are just as good as new.

I bought these to replace my Bose Soundsports that I bought in 2016 that I regularly used at the gym for 9 years until the original battery gave out. These give you such a light feeling in your ears that are key at the gym where you need the freedom to move. Being able to move without any wires while still being secure in your ears is great! It feels like you’re not wearing them at all. The sound from these also sound very headphone like while still being open. The audio clarity & soundstage is very clear & very impressive. I actually prefer using these over my AirPods Pro 2 at the gym because of the light & secure feeling that they give. Would buy again, 10/10. 👏🙌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my go-to earbuds. I own a number of Bose earbuds but my go to earbuds for everyday use are the Ultra Open Earbuds. It took a little while to get used to the pressure on the ear but once past that they're pretty comfortable. The Immersive audio is great. I know most people like the "motion" setting which mimics listening with stereo headphones where the sound source is relative to whichever way you turn, but I like the still setting where the source remains in one physical location while you move around, sort of like being at a concert or club. The sound quality is great. And being open earbuds I can still hear everything going on around me.

For some reason I could never get a comfortable fit and could only wear them for very very short periods and they never stayed put. My one and only disappointment in a Bose product.
