Everything fits they don’t fall Off my ear they are all around the best headphones I ever bought And I would buy them again I use them at work. I need to be able to hear things I can still hear things and listen to music.

Love love love these earbuds! I have tried several different brands and even changed out the rubber tips but was never able to wear any of them for more than an hour. My ears always hurt. Not so with these Bose open earbuds! I hardly even know they are there. I never have to adjust them to keep them from falling out either. They just stay put! Of course, being Bose, the sound is amazing. They paired easily with my Samsung phone as well as my android tablet too. I highly recommend these earbuds.

I like the concept, overall these are great for remote work, as I don't have anything in my ear canal for 8 hours, and I can also stay aware of my surroundings. They actually sound really good, however my only issue with these are making phone calls and zoom calls, everytime I Ske these calls people say that I sound unclear and muffled. If you can please update the call quality, these would be even better.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have tried to use it many a times. It works great for listening music/videos with the immersion on& off mode. My biggest problem is phone calls are not going well. People are telling me that the sound is not clear to them. So, it’s disappointing and I want to return it.

Other earbuds make my ears itch and don't seem to fit and I am always taking them out because of the discomfort. I often forget I have the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds in my ears!!!

I bought my earbuds a few weeks ago and I’ve been so pleased with them. They fit beautifully and the audio features are wonderful. I can immerse myself in my music but still have access to the world around me. My husband loves that we can have conversations at the gym now that do not involve me pressing pause on my music or turning down the volume to be able to hear him. They are surprisingly comfortable and customized fit works great. I have an unusual ear piercing (anti-tragus) that I thought might be an issue but it’s not. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for a couple of months now but I'm just not wowed. The volume is way to low for me. The fit is great and the idea is solid but being so far from my earhole they make it very hard to hear anything through them. I'm allergic to most silicone pieces that come with buds so I was very excited to see these. My excitement didn't last long. I should have returned them but waited too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this past Christmas for my wife, who has disliked every style earbud she has ever used. She doesn't like headphones due to the fact that they just hug the outside of the ear and felt bulky. The style and options was something on these earbuds was new and she absolutely loves them. Our teenagers and I have all tried these and agree- the position of the ear buds not being inside your ear seems odd but you sort of forget the earbuds are on your ear- super comfortable. The sound is unreal and a bit trippy. Great product. Totally recommend especially for those who are not fans of traditional in your ear style ear buds.

I have a number of Bose products and am happy with them. I wanted these for exercise and just walking around town with the dog. They are excellent. They re so light and easy to control. They don’t fall off and I really hardly know they are even on my ears. These are just what I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is pretty decent and the fit is good. However, you just need to keep checking if they're still there coz they're so lightweight. Sound certainly not as per Bose standards or the Sony earphones. I've been using this during daily commute and even during international travel and this is my best pair so far.
