[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a birthday present and it is a really neat little item. I love that it does not hurt my ears after long duration with them on. The design is really elegant and simple. I like that I am able to block out a lot of the outside noise but still allow me to have a conversation with someone while listening to my music. They are Open Earbuds so if you are looking for Noise Cancellation, this is NOT for you. These are supposed to allow you the ability to hear your surroundings while hearing the music you love. You can block out a fair amount of noise by turning up the volume but this will not cut out all noise. With that being said, the base sound quality needs a lot of improvement. I went into the Bose App on my phone and made adjustments to my ear pieces however the base sound comes in crackly and rough. I can compare them to car speakers you know you have worn down after years of neglect. These are great for podcasts and rock music but if you want to listen to music with rich powerful base beats, these are unfortunately not for you. I may give them another shot if they improve the quality of their sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with the sound. The voice control seems to be very sensitive activating when not prompted. It would be nice to have one touch answer and end call vs needing to have two different button sequences. Overall I’m happy with them just growing pains coming from AirPod Pro’s.

It’s been a few weeks since my purchase of the open ear buds, and all I have to say is that they are truly comfortable. The sound quality is always impeccable as you would expect from Bose. If these had the ability to do noise cancellation, then it would put these earbuds at yet another level. Other than that, best purchase I’ve made to date from them and have no regrets. Keep up the great work! You are all amazing!!!

I was so excited for an earbud that was't in my ear, but these have been a massive disappointment. They are hard to hear, it is nearly impossible for me to be heard on a phone call unless I shout, which is not ideal in a n office setting, they cut off randomly and what ever I am listening to begins blaring (again not ideal in an office setting) and they are terribly uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] once you get then hang of putting them on, they're great! what a fun way to be able to listen to music or talk on the phone all while still being aware of your surroundings! Latto also uses these, so how could you not buy these?

Positives are that they’re super comfortable. You often forget you have them in. Great for maintaining situational awareness. Sound quality is very good. Negatives are that call quality is abysmal. I literally can’t use them for calls. And, battery life is less than expected.

I finally found an answer to my prayers with these earbuds! Thank you Bose for making this product! I can now feel safe traveling and listening to music, I can use it to make calls while cooking and also use it at work for calls and meetings and still hear everything else

I can focus on getting lost in an ebook and still hear if someone speaks to me. They are easy to use and linked right up to my phone with no problems. I love these buds. I'm not a pro, just a fan of these top-notch buds.

I even forget sometimes I have them on because of how comfortable they are, I can hear the music louder and clearer, plus they look great and people always stop me to ask me where I got them. I love them!!
