Bought these a few months ago - very very happy. They are way better than AirPods and Bose as company are a million times better. Never going back to AirPods. I also bought he quiet comfort ultra earbuds as they’re good for noise canceling. Love both.

I have tried every earbud under the sun, every shape and I am never satisfied at how they stay in my ears during activities or the quality of sound. The Bose Open Ultras are perfection. They are so light, I forget I'm wearing them. I once wore them for 10 hrs overnight! They stayed in through tossing and turning and they stay on during strong throws playing disc golf. But besides all that, they come with the sound quality I've come to expect and appreciate from Bose. I love being able to hear people and chat without pausing my music because my ears aren't plugged. The sound truly sounds like its coming from around me and isn't shoved into my ear canal. Again, these buds are perfection. And I LOVE all the colors, I had a hard time choosing!

Loses connection to Galaxy s22 ultra once in a while maybe 1-3 times a week. Sound is great, good nattery life, and very comfortable and convenient in a environment where people are constantly approaching you to talk. A bit expensive though, the plastic and silicon makes it feel a bit cheap, also low waterproof rating feels bad.

I bought the baby blue open ears. Listening to music is quite the experience. Crisp sound while still being able to hear the world around you, which is very important for women's safety. I love that the open ears clip on -- no more ear fatigue from things inserted into my ear! What I don't like is the quality when talking on the phone. Despite my phone and the Bose app being on full volume, it's very hard to hear the other person. I don't know if it's just the ones I got, but this is the second set after Bose replaced the first one for the same problem, so I am extrapolating that this is a problem with the whole lot. I'm willing for Bose to prove me wrong by making mine work as intended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second set of earbuds I have, the first order was bad product, not working, really bad and a huge disappointment, the replacement was sent and it was giving some issues, so I called and the Bose agent was terrible, had no knowledge of the product, wanted for me to remove apps from my phone, and I totally disagreed, why do I have to be made a victim of his lack of knowledge. So I called my 20 year old son and got him involved the Bose agent was so out it was just sad, so my kid just connected the earbuds to my phone immediately without any issues and he asked for me to hang up the phone so we disconnected the call and the results were great but with NO help from Bose

Spoken words that come from the webinars I listen to are crisp and the music range from highs to lows is great. I like the new case design and the ease of pairing my buds with my desktop, iPhone, and car.

The reason I bought these earbuds was to go on long walks in the busy city and these worked amazingly I can hear all my surroundings and my music at the same time this is a game changer and the sound quality is great for something that’s not too close to your ear

If you’re just using these headphones to listen to music, they work pretty well and are comfortable. For calls though, they are a disaster - the microphone is incredibly poor (I’ve been told I sound either like I’m underwater, or feet away from an airplane taking off), it does not isolate my voice vs. surrounding noise at all, and occasionally sounds scrambled. On my side, audio seems fairly decent during calls, albeit often rather quiet. If planning to use headphones for calls at all, I recommend looking elsewhere better options (my 3yr old Powerbeats Pro work infinitely better and are half the price).

The fact that these are like earcuffs and extremely lightweight is a game changer. Of course the sound leaks and there is no noise cancellation mode, but that makes me feel more present and mindful of what’s around me. In short, love them a ton!
