The open earbuds design is sleek and the earbuds are extremely light, comfortable and you will not even know that you are wearing them. The sound quality is premium and you can move it a bit to find the right spot for best sound. You can select the automatic sound level settings and adjust the equalizer in the Bose Music App so that the sound has your desired tone and is automatically increased in noisy environment so that your listening experience remains the same. The battery life is pretty good, 19.5 hours of standby battery life in the charging case, about 7.5 hours of play time and about 4.5 hours with Immersive Audio.

The sound quality is superb, the open ear earbud comfort is beyond expectation and they stay in place during any activity. We selected the blue color from the wide palate available and she loves them. She uses them mostly to listen to music but also uses them during zoom conferences and is yet able to communicate effectively while the music or meeting is ongoing. Highly recommend these earbuds!

I love the Open Ear Buds! The only issue I have is that needs to be considered is, everyone ear is not the same. I think they Buds needs to feel a little tighter to get perfect sound. Sometimes it hard for people to hear you, because the Buds aren’t press on the bone or whatever that transfer the sound. A little tighter fit will solve that small issue. Other than that, I love it. This is my 2nd pair after returning the 1st within 2 weeks. Both sets have connectivity issues where the left ear doesn't connect all the time. When on the phone, the person on the other end have difficulty hear me when using the open earbuds. They say it sounds like I'm under water.

Have been using them for a few weeks now, and I am not sure I want to keep them. The good- and best thing about them is the comfort quality. I don’t feel a thing and actually forget I have them on. The ok- Music sounds pretty good once you get them on in the best way possible. The bad- and ugly..- using them for phone calls is rough. People on the other end of the call are constantly saying I sound horrible. I keep having to take them off so that people hear me well. Maybe this technology can be improved upon in future models but this one doesn’t cut it for me. I would have passed on them if I knew about the downsides.

These were surprisingly amazing! Trus Bose Classic sound and the fit is incredible- I don’t even realize I have them on! Of the functions tops it off…highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the most ergonomic design (pinches a bit on wider ear, even with the flexible hinging), and gets a lot of getting used to remembering how it fits into place... But the sound quality!!!! Amazing... Any kind discomfort way worth the 'price'. Lowest setting on volume has you wondering if you're at a live concert or have gone utterly deaf (with exception to music).. the immersion setting awesome, but not ideal for quality conversations (still have to take them out or pause to hear).. The introvert and Extrovert's best friend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m impressed with these earbuds simply from the point of view of proof of concept. The sound quality is pretty good, but it’s simply not loud enough even if you crank the volume all the way up, you just don’t get the same feeling of being surrounded by sound as you do with for example my Bose quiet comfort headphones. That being said they’re cool looking they work as described but the price point being so high coupled with the fact that they can’t deliver the same sound quality as over the ear headphones, makes it a no go for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try these earbuds. The problem is that they didn't adjust to my ears. It ended up being too far away. That made it such that I could not hear people on my phone clearly. Sad because I really wanted to like these.
