[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been surprised how much I like these open earbuds. I tried them out in the store, each time I wandered by a store, for a while. My hesitation was primarily about the call quality. I read some less-than-stellar reviews about that. My experience is that the open design is perfect for situations where I do not want to be, or cannot be, isolated from the outside world. They weigh next to nothing and I've worn them until the battery runs out (many hours later) without any real discomfort. They're great. And for the call quality - I've had some not realize I'm on a headset, and others question about the noise - but I think that's mostly about the environment. I hope/expect firmware updates to perhaps make the calls even stronger.

Love love love these earbuds! I have tried several different brands and even changed out the rubber tips but was never able to wear any of them for more than an hour. My ears always hurt. Not so with these Bose open earbuds! I hardly even know they are there. I never have to adjust them to keep them from falling out either. They just stay put! Of course, being Bose, the sound is amazing. They paired easily with my Samsung phone as well as my android tablet too. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Honestly, probably one of the worst purchases of my life. I can’t hear anything with these things, literally have to be in a quiet room. It’s my fault for not trying them sooner. Or taking them back. I use air-pods for work and the old Bose wrap around a for the gym. I do like the way they attach to my ear but that’s truly useless if they stink as ear buds you’re supposed to be able to hear. Also, when picking up or making a call there’s a substantial delay in the connection, if they even connect at all.

I was never genetically gifted to comfortably wear any pair of buds. I've tried so many of them over the years, and they all either hurt my ears or fall out while I'm active. These open earbuds are a game-changer! They're incredibly comfortable – I forget they're even there. Plus, they stay in place no matter what I'm doing, from running to weightlifting. The sound quality is fantastic, though call quality could use a bit of improvement (definitely not a deal breaker). Hands down the best earbuds I've owned!

Excellent product, great sound, simple to use, subtle looking, and pretty comfortable although I move them around after an hour or two to avoid pinching the same spot for too long. A safer way to listen to audio when out and about, and makes it easier to keep interacting as needed.

I tell them the sound is very clean and crisp like a regular Bose speaker and I love the noise canceling sound feature. I also enjoy the style of how it sits on inside and on back of my ears. It’s soft and comfortable

I like the concept, overall these are great for remote work, as I don't have anything in my ear canal for 8 hours, and I can also stay aware of my surroundings. They actually sound really good, however my only issue with these are making phone calls and zoom calls, everytime I Ske these calls people say that I sound unclear and muffled. If you can please update the call quality, these would be even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this earbuds one week ago. So far so good. I love the fact that the earpiece doesn't go inside the ear canal. I am able to listen to everything that is around me. I will continue to try this earbuds, but so far they are working great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great, they are very easy to use, and I loved that you don't have to actually plug in inside your ears. Unfortunately my first pair stopped working after 2 months. I claim a replacement and the process was easy and fast ( good point). The replacement have been working ok, but I had a issue with one of the earbud that has no battery, not sure why, after charging the case it seems to be working.
