[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these and had an issue with people hearing me on calls. Followed the troubleshooting procedure and it did not fix the issue. Bose replaced the earbuds. The replacement pair have the same issue. I have discovered that if you remove one earbud when you are on the phone the person can hear you. But with one earbud removed you have issues hearing in noisy environments. Hopefully they will be able to fix the issue but so far not impressed with call usage. The sound for music is great and I like that I can hear what is going on around me.

Love the sound, whenever I can get them paired properly. There are just too many options for me and I don't have the patience. Having to power and adjust each earbud separately is a real pain. One day only sound from the left ear bud, the next day only from the right. Occasionally I get it right but don't know how. I am contemplating their return, but will give it a little more time.

Everything is great for these earbuds, i love the style and comfort. The battery life is more then enough for me and I listen to podcasts atleast a couple hours everyday. The only problem is the connection. Almost everyday, multiple times it gives me some problem with the connection. I wish bose can fix it in anybof the upcoming software updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my walks and love the open ears concept so I can still pay attention to my surrounding. Comfortable enough and I feel they are pretty secure on my ears. My only wish is that the music would auto stop when I take it off.

Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are awesome for listening to music or any sounds (podcasts, etc.) as you'd expect. The design of these earbuds is amazing. With the open design, you hear everything going on around you, and the they're exceptionally secure on the ear. The earbuds look great on the ear. The disappointment remains the sound quality to the person on the other end of the line when you're on the phone with these earbuds. For earbuds at this price, I expect perfection. This is not my first pair; I have the original Smoky White pair, but I ordered the latest addition in color (Sunset Iridescent) not only because they look nice, but to see if there had been any improvement in the microphone quality for calls. Unfortunately I'm getting the same responses when on calls: 1.) I can't hear you. 2.) WHERE ARE YOU? You sound like you're in a cave. 3.) I can't understand you; your voice is dropping in and out. It would be so helpful if Bose could either do a software update to help or offer pointers for HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULT from these earbuds when you're on the phone. One discovery when on the phone, it seems the listener on the other end hears me better if I intentionally speak more softly or do NOT speak as loudly as my regular speaking volume. If this is true, that would be a good detail to communicate.

My wife bought these awesome little headphones for me shortly after I first heard about them. I love them and use them very often. If I have one issue with them, it is that they are a little tight on the helix of my ear, no matter how high or low I place it. The sound is great and the battery life is amazing.

Getting them out on correctly took a bit - but once on the sound is very good. I often forget to take them off my ears. Very enjoyable - still wish volume control could be on the earbud.

I have truly been enjoying using my new Bose Ultra Open Earbuds! Once finding the correct fit on my ear (simply sliding up and down your ear), they have felt weightless and surprisingly snug around my ears. The comfort of the open ear design has been one of the biggest stand outs for me. I've had to check sometimes to make sure they were still there. With Bose's other earbud products, though the noise cancelling was phenomenal, I could never quite find the best fit and not feel pain using them for extended periods of time. I love that I can be listening to music/radio/podcasts and still be able to be present when I'm at home with my children. The open ear design allows for better situational awareness that can be compromised with Noise cancelling features on other products. I've felt a lot more safer wearing these earbuds compared to my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Headphones when I am riding the subway or walking through the busy New York streets. The Immersion Audio feature on these earbuds really help them stand out from other earbud designs. You really do feel like the music is all around you, especially during indoor use. I highly recommend checking these out. They have been a great addition to my ever-growing family of audio products from Bose!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds after a few months of thinking about it. I have small ears so earbuds that fit are really hard to find. I've been using them daily at work and at home. I've taken them on a 2-week trip in South America and they worked perfectly. I love them so much I bought a pair for my mom. They last a long time in between charges and they fit very comfortably (I sometimes forget I have them on). Also, I value the fact that I can still be aware of my surroundings when I use them. The only cons I found for me specifically are related to the fact that they can sometimes slide out if my ears at the gym and that they can heat up a little depending on the temperature (both ambient temperature and my own body temperature).
