I just wish that the battery life lasted longer than five hours. And that’s the maximum. The right bud usually is 30% lower than my left bud. All in all, I’m very happy with them and I find them to be comfortable, and the quality of sound is outstanding.

I wear headphones mostly for gaming and music. The best thing about these headphones is that I can hear myself when talking and I don't sound like I'm underwater like with over the ear headphones. They are also very comfortable such that I regularly forget I have them on. I have had to re-pair to my computer a couple times, but it is easy enough.

Had an opportunity to use these buds for over a month now. This is a unique concept, in having an earbud that does not fit into the ear but rests outside of the ear canal. This allows for pass-through of natural sound while playing music/taking phone calls. This is the best "open-ear" earbud on the market. The sound quality is what you'd expect from a Bose product. The sound is "loud;" you don't have to position the bud closer to the ear canal to get a good, clean, crisp sound. The physical buttons make operation much easier and eliminates accidental touches. The flexible ear hook allows for easy on-off of the buds, and you don't have to worry about the bud falling off. The negative: Call quality is not good. Many callers state that it sounds muffled and underwated-like. While I rarely use these for phone calls, I found it difficult to have conversations because of this drawback. This is the perfect option for someone looking to buy earbuds but hates placing them in the ear. There is nothing else on the market that matches these.

I can wear them all day and forget they’re on. The immersion mode is amazing I’m always looking around to see if anyone else can hear what I’m listening to.

But I was blown away by the fidelity that I could hear from them. What a pleasure surprise. I couldn’t be happier with them. These are my everyday use now, I like them so much.

I love how I can listen to music and still be able to talk to people and hear what’s going on around me when the volume is low, but also love how when you turn up the volume every other sound fades away.

Nice earbuds. Only feature I would change is separate volume control on each earbud. The sound is excellent quality. I did have two incidents of cracking noise. It did go away after a minute. If it returns again I will contact Bose. Overall i am very happy with my purchase. The earbuds stay on my earbuds very well. I don’t have to worry about losing them.

The idea of open earbuds sounded great so I could stay aware of my surroundings, but the execution is terrible. The sound quality is awful—I can’t enjoy my music the way I used to—and making calls is even worse. People can barely hear me, and every little noise around me gets picked up, making conversations frustrating. I wish I could go back to my old Bose earbuds because these are a huge disappointment.
