[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these for a few weeks now and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE them! I've tried several others and no matter what I do, they fall out of my ears. These stay put. Even when you are moving around (which I do while working, which is where I primarily use these earbuds.) Dancing, exercising, just whatever body movements you may be doing, these say in place. In addition to the stay put factor, the fact that these don't sit directly in the ear, they don't get dirty from ear wax, making sharing them a little more tolerable. (If that's something you do.) One other check in the Pro column is that, even though they are 'over the ear' earbuds, they do not interfere with eye glasses or headbands. This was something I was initially worried about when I was shopping for them since I do wear glasses. Another bonus with them not being inside the ear, is that you don't get that inner noise. For example, with in the ear buds I've used, I can hear the beat of my footsteps or that bass noise when chewing. Things that that. You don't get that with these. The Bluetooth range is pretty good. Really, the only thing that some may consider a Con about these is that they aren't noise cancelling, so if that is something you are looking for these may not be for you, but for personal safety reasons, that is not something I want in an earbud.

This was my second pair. I left the first pair in a rental car and the earbuds were never returned. Bose are the only earbuds that fit my ears. I also have the Sport Earbuds. The Ultras stay in my ears - even during exercise. It takes a few times to get them in position where they fit and sound the best. I can wear them for hours and I do not have ear pain. They are comfortable and light weight. When I wear while walking the background noise is perfect. I can hear cars and bikes behind me with the music volume lower. While in the gym and at home I do not notice any back ground noise at all. I have not used them during phone calls.

Good alternative to in or over ear headphones. Unfortunately, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds do not fit for all ear shapes. For my ears, the buds do not stay on and easily slip off. The sound is excellent. Unfortunately, the fit didn't fit unless there is some way to overcome this problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Earbuds about a month ago and I have no regrets. The buds actually exceeded my expectations for the open ear design. I really appreciate the ability to enjoy my music while having the ability to engage in conversation.

I can pretty describe it in just ONE word: “WOW !!! “ Awesome sound and I can still hear my wife giving taskers and not ignoring it LOL I forgot I was wearing the open Earbuds while doing my chores and still earn good points with the wife!

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks and love the lightweight and comfort they provided. I always love the open ear as it allows me to be aware of the surrounding and love this design. It is great only for listening to music. The call quality is bad and the other person can barely understand what I’m saying. Similar problem occur with listening to podcasts/audio books. It’s difficult to understand the conversational tone, especially when commuting or being in a loud train.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the comfort of these ear buds. I can wear them for hours and hours with no discomfort. They are great for activities where you are moving, since they stay comfortably in place. The sound is great, although they are not loud enough to overcome the sounds of a lawnmower or other power equipment. I have had 6 different brands and styles of ear buds and these are the best yet.

I received the earbuds in a very nice package. These are very nice looking. Although, these are a little bigger than I initially expected. I put these on and tested to see how well these would stay on the ear. I jumped up and down and even ran around. The ear buds stayed in place. I did some yard work to see if these would slip if I got sweaty. These stayed right in place. The sound could be better as bose is known for that surround sound cinematic feeling. The case is very nice and charges the earbuds very quickly. The bose app is alright. I wish it would display the battery level of the earbuds. Right nownit gives an update only when the battery is low, or when the case is open. The App is unqiue as it can be difficult to navigate. I would like to see more options in the app. For example, battery life, tweeking the sound to have that sound bose is knownnfl for. Other than that these are very nice and I would recommend these to anyone.

It doesn’t sound hollow to me at all like other ones I’ve tried. I love using them while I’m doing chores and I can still hear if the kids need me. Outside, I’ve found I need to pick my volume wisely. Too low and I can’t hear the music/podcast, too high and I can’t hear my surroundings as well. Inside I haven’t had that issue.

Not what I really expected. Good quality, I just work in a noisy environment and the sound isn’t loud enough. I know, open air, it’s just a bit too much open air for me. I tried the quiet comforts first, and the phone calls were terrible. There is an open forum on the Bose platform about those. I returned them and, will be returning the open airs as well. I owned the Bose sports before and thought they were superior to these two. Sorry guys, trying the Sony XM5s next.
