[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem with placing anything in or on my ears, these buds are so high quality and so non intrusive that I can use them all day and literally not feel them. They don't fall out or off so I bought my husband a pair for working out. The phone aspect is so clean and clear that I'm going to buy my mom a pair.

I think these earbuds are great, great sound quality, great fit and very good noise cancelation. I was just disappointed that I could not trade in my old pair to get these. I am a loyal Bose fan, have been for years, that's why I was so disappointed they would not except trade ins for this product.

I’ve been using another brand for over a year (Shokz OpenFit); my review is comparing both. In sound quality Bose fall a little short. OpenFit is more consistent with sounds, my Bose sounds break once in a while. Phone calls on Bose are terrible, can barely hear the other end. Tried positioning them to get better sound with no luck. Having to change to my OF to make//receive calls. -Notifications are the worse. Can’t hear at all my Ring cameras warnings. If it wasn’t for my watch I would not know movements in front of them. I do hear text messages, but many times with broken sound. With OpenFit I don’t have this issue. The only thing these ones have is the comfort, they are very comfortable. I move mine all around the edge of my ears and stay in place. Sound remains the same. I’m keeping them just to keep them. But in my opinion, they are not worth $300. There are better alternatives at lower price with better sound, and much better for voice calls.

I don’t usually do product reviews but this time I am making an exception — since I previously bout two other competing earbuds. My main concern: that I can safely walk about & around and not lose or have the buds drop out. Like on a plane. These are fabulous in that design. Equally important that the music quality and “loudness” are first class. From my perspective, these beat Apple’s ver. 2 by some percentage points. Bottom line, after a lot of experimentation with different ear-pods over the last two years, these are clearly the winners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking at the ad for the Ultra Open Earbuds I wondered if they would be comfortable, and if they would deliver the Bose sound I want. I was extremely happy with how comfortable the earbuds are when wearing for long periods of. Also, the sound quality is definitely up to Bose standards. My only warning is that if you’ve become accustomed to any Bose product that provides sound cancelling, then these may not be your best option. I use my Bose QuietComfort earbuds for air travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these on a whim hoping these would finally solve the issue of me listening to my music and my wife thinking I was trying to ignore her but really all I want to do is just listen to music. This allows me to have them on all day if I want (they are extremely comfortable and you will forget they are on) while still allowing me to freely converse with my wife. It's kind of like your music just follows you around all day in the background. They are really cool and I highly recommend them to family people who don't want to shut out those around them or those people who just want to vibe all day while they are working, exercising, you name it. I also haven't had any complaints from people when using them on calls. Overall they are perfect for me and maybe they will be for you too.

Fun new design, very comfortable, stays on during workouts, sound quality is great however they’re not as loud as quiet comfort due to them being outside the ear canal. Plenty loud enough to hear fine while working out and it’s nice to be able to have a conversation etc while listening to music. Battery lasts significantly longer than previous models.

The sound quality is awesome and you can wear all day without my ear becoming irritated. I wish the battery would last little longer, otherwise these are the best ear buds I have ever owned and my favorite. It is worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a birthday present and it is a really neat little item. I love that it does not hurt my ears after long duration with them on. The design is really elegant and simple. I like that I am able to block out a lot of the outside noise but still allow me to have a conversation with someone while listening to my music. They are Open Earbuds so if you are looking for Noise Cancellation, this is NOT for you. These are supposed to allow you the ability to hear your surroundings while hearing the music you love. You can block out a fair amount of noise by turning up the volume but this will not cut out all noise. With that being said, the base sound quality needs a lot of improvement. I went into the Bose App on my phone and made adjustments to my ear pieces however the base sound comes in crackly and rough. I can compare them to car speakers you know you have worn down after years of neglect. These are great for podcasts and rock music but if you want to listen to music with rich powerful base beats, these are unfortunately not for you. I may give them another shot if they improve the quality of their sound.

I bought these when they first came out and I have been using them everyday at work for up to 8+ hours a day and Love them. I can listen to whatever I am on that day and still communicate with customers and coworkers without having to pause or remove them.
