[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t wear inside- the-ear buds because none of them will stay in. I have another brand of out-the-ear buds that are comfortable and work great. I thought they had great sound until I heard the sound from the Bose open earbuds. These are so comfortable I forget I have them on. The sound is great for open earbuds and the ability to customize the sound makes it better. They are easy to mount on the ear and stay in place nicely. I wear them during workouts and while working outside the house without any problems. The Bluetooth range is better than I expected, 20-30+ ft. The app makes it easy to configure sound quality and get tips about using them. Overall, I’m very happy with them and would recommend them in the open-ear category.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds after a few months of thinking about it. I have small ears so earbuds that fit are really hard to find. I've been using them daily at work and at home. I've taken them on a 2-week trip in South America and they worked perfectly. I love them so much I bought a pair for my mom. They last a long time in between charges and they fit very comfortably (I sometimes forget I have them on). Also, I value the fact that I can still be aware of my surroundings when I use them. The only cons I found for me specifically are related to the fact that they can sometimes slide out if my ears at the gym and that they can heat up a little depending on the temperature (both ambient temperature and my own body temperature).

I love them so much specifically for exercise, however, when sweat gets in the charging metallic circles, they tend to rust out which tends to make connection difficult. Engineers should optimize the charging aspect of it

Had these for about a month, having difficulty learning how to use them, there's a lot of extra things here. They also have wonderful fabulous sound. The quick start guide could have been much more thorough, even for a quick start guide, as well as the definitions of what all those programs are about. I really do absolutely love them but I'm going to be months figuring them out. For instance that extra piece that goes around the outside of the earbud that appears to have something to do with how well they stay in the ear--no explanation or description or reason to use found anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say I love these Earbuds enough! I actually think they sound quality is the best yet! Finally a charging case!! After charging the buds and case for 4 hours you are good to go for quite awhile. Way longer battery life than my over the ear buds. And they are so comfortable, you forget you are wearing them. I love that I can wear my glasses with them without interference. And the sound quality is out of this world. I was going to buy these myself, but my family gifted me them for my birthday! Yay!! I made a lot of coworkers at work try them out. They were all impressed with the sound and comfort. Love all the color choices too.

I love these earbuds. The sound is great and being able to control the base and treble in the app is nice. I give these 4 1/2 stars. The 1/2 star loss is due to not building in a way to locate the earbuds if they fall under the bed or in the couch. Also, I sometimes have to put the buds back in the case to get them to connect.

It feels like you don't even have anything on your ears + they look like cool accessories. Going through your day-to-day life with these on, you're able to focus on the outside world while playing music or a podcast. Would recommend it to everyone. Oh and they're great for being outside running or hiking. You can hear your surroundings!
