Love them! I've been waiting to get these for months! I finally saved up a little money from my Christmas bonus and got them. They're amazing! My ears are super sensitive, so "regular" earbuds, headphones or other similar devices do not work well for me. After reading some reviews and watching some videos about these Open Earbuds, I decided I would get them eventually. And I finally did! I'm so happy with my purchase. Great sound, perfect for my sensitive ears!

I had some quiet Comfort Ultra II's that got washed in the washing machine. The charging case and one of the earbuds still worked miraculously but it was sadly time to discard them and instead of going for noise canceling I decided to go for open ear. That way I could leave them in all the time and still hear people in my office or my children talk to me. I bought these and the Sony open ears at the exact same time tried them both for a week and there was no comparison I had to keep the Bose and return the Sony. I like the recent multipoint update and I'm really hoping that they add some of the other awesome features found on some of the other companies. But features alone wasn't enough to sway me the in another direction, the quality of these headphones is what won me over. I just wish I had my quiet comfort still because there's nothing better than those when you are flying or walking on a treadmill for example. I need both but I can't justify to my wife owning both haha.

I loved my Raycons but wanted to try something new and as a school teacher these open buds are perfect for when I need to listen out for my kids and screen that YouTube video to make sure it’s the right one. The quality is amazing, I love the surround sound feature and I can wear them for hours without my ears getting tired. Also, they still do well in loud and environments like airports. Yes, you hear the back ground noise, but that’s what I need. It’s a little annoying on an airplane or driving in the car as a passenger if you need that complete sound cancellation. Also, it can be uncomfortable to lay down with these on your ears. I also love riding my bike with these because I can hear the traffic and my music.

I would never use earbuds before because my ear canals are unusually narrow and although I loved the concept of earbuds, I couldn't wear them as it would make my ears hurt. These earbuds are amazing since no part of the earbud enters my ear. Also, the sound quality is unmatched, nothing like immersive sound, and expect nothing less from the Bose brand. I can use well over 8 hours on a single charge. An overall amazing product, I recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about a month or so ago and have been using them on runs, weightlifting and even just walking my dog. They’re great so far, they don’t move when I do my workouts. (Which involve a lot of snappy movements that would dislodge my normal earbuds). I also really like that I can still hear the world around me. Very nice when walking my dog when I’m trying to pay attention for cars. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants nice earbuds with good sound that won’t fall out during a workout, and that want to be able to hear what’s going on around them.

I purchased these earbuds drawn by their sleek and modern design, which is indeed quite attractive. However, the user experience has been incredibly frustrating. It's nearly impossible to hold a clear conversation, join a meeting, or record a voice message without issues. The microphone quality is poor, and the noise cancellation doesn’t make up for the overall lackluster performance on calls. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying them without doing much research… and to make matters worse, I bought not just one but two pairs. Honestly, this product is nowhere near the quality standard one expects from a brand like BOSE. If I could, I would definitely return them. I wouldn’t recommend it

I bought these earbuds for my wife after researching several YouTube videos. Admittedly, my wife has never been able to find earbuds that fit comfortably -- until now. She loves them! They don't even feel like they're there. Hats off to Bose on the fit and design. I hope to get a pair for myself.

Sounds great for what I do 2 problems: 1. the multiple functions the buttons have 2. they fall out of the charging case too easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these to replace my Jabra 85ts (which kept falling out of my ear). The Bose earbuds are not as small as the Jabras, but they fit better, feel better and sound better. It seems like the Bose noise cancellation is a little better as well. The new Quiet Comfort phone app is better than the original. My two biggest complaints are you can only create one custom eq setting and the voice control setting drops off by itself. Supposedly you can adjust the hear through amount in the aware mode but I have yet to figure out how to adjust it. All in all they are a solid set of earbuds with a decent phone app.

I've had these for approximately 3 weeks now and wear them every day. I am not a techy person and had my last phone for 8 years, only upgrading after features stopped working. I purchased these because of the unique wearbility function. My old headphones were beats by drea behind wraparound and started to cause significant ear pain. These bose headphones are intuitive and super easy to connect. I fell asleep wearing them and it easily slipped down my ear without rubbing. I recently connected the app to learn more about the functions and personalization. The features are a bonus to me, as my primary use is Spotify and an occasional phone call. I would give it a perfect score if bose allowed one of the personalizations to be volume rather than pause/stero mode. Overall, minor issue for the comfort gained
