I bought my Bose open earbuds a few months ago and when I got them, they seem to work well. That being said, after using them while working out, they seem to slip from my ears. The grip on them is not so great. I now only use them when I’m stationary.

These open-ear Bose earbuds fit securely, are comfortable for long wear, and excel in quiet environments like the workplace, allowing seamless multitasking. ,The over all headphones are very nice. They’re extremely comfortable. The clarity is really nice. They’re really good for music or anything you’re listening to. When it comes to phone call they’re a BUST they can’t hear you and you can’t hardly hear hear them that the reason for 4 stars I actually need mine for more phone usage

Given the price and the brand’s prestige, I expected much more in terms of sound quality. I purchased the product for the comfort it offers in its fit, but I am very disappointed with its performance during calls, as the signal is very weak and the audio quality is poor.

I have a hard time with earbuds with my sensitive ears and these don't hurt. I can wear them as long as I want with no discomfort. The sound is impeccable. I LOVE THESE EARBUDS. I'll never use any other earbud ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these- but they fit "differently" from each other. The left feels great (meaning, I can't feel it at all). The right one I can feel. If running on a treadmill, I need to crank them high, but that's because I can hear everything around me now-- which was expected.

I was blessed by these headphones due to a return for bose Tenor glasses. They have been exceptional , albeit, competition breaches have allowed criminals to block access to me using my excellent earbuds. Please help me shut down the individuals using illegal competition practices and keeping me from enjoying my blessing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these and had an issue with people hearing me on calls. Followed the troubleshooting procedure and it did not fix the issue. Bose replaced the earbuds. The replacement pair have the same issue. I have discovered that if you remove one earbud when you are on the phone the person can hear you. But with one earbud removed you have issues hearing in noisy environments. Hopefully they will be able to fix the issue but so far not impressed with call usage. The sound for music is great and I like that I can hear what is going on around me.
