[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about a month ago. In some ways, I really love this product. I have big ears and I’m pretty sporty, and these earbuds are among the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I can easily forget about them while wearing them, and they are great for runs. However, there have been a myriad of technical issues that make this product hard to recommend at its high price point. I have had repeated issues with getting calls to go through these earbuds, and when they do go through, the volume is much lower than expected. This is strange, because I otherwise have no issues with other media. Overall, I really like these earbuds but I struggle to recommend them because of these issues

I love these open earbuds! The sound is wonderful and the earbuds are very comfortable. I am 81 years old and have just started to explore music streaming. I am really happy with the Bose product. I feel like I am moving in a new world! As I write, Segovia is serenading me with his guitar.

Seeing photos of these earbuds before I received them, I was unsure how exactly they fit in your ear. Once I received them and took them out of the box, it became more clear. I downloaded the app and paired them to my phone in seconds, and then went through the various settings to find my preferences. They are true to the Bose name in that they provide excellent audio quality. I like that they are smaller than other earbuds and don't actually go into your eye like an earplug. I was able to sit at my desk at work and have music playing through them and still have conversations with people at normal levels. I was able to hear them clearly and I wasn't raising my voice to hear myself over the headphones. The battery life was far better than the other set of earbuds that I have and it was nice that I didn't have to stop and charge them during the day. The first time I put them on, my ear was a little sore because of how they wrap around your ear, but I adjusted them and didn't experience any more soreness. Overall, a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can listen to music while walking outside but also hear what is going on around me with the Ultra Open Earbuds. I walk near busy highways etc. and high traffic walking paths. I used to have to either go without headphones to be aware of my surroundings or just walk in my community so I could wear headphones for listening to music. Now, I have a compromise which is nice and allows the freedom to walk wherever I want now. It does take some getting used to because of the unique design and the feeling of them falling out. After you adjust, you literally do not feel them, and they become so natural to wear. I also enjoy the fact I don't have anything directly in my ear (normal earbud design) and can wear these for long periods. I also do not have to pull them out if someone tries to talk to me (I can continue playing music and still hear). While I have several pairs of headphones and earbuds, these are definitely my go to now (sorry other headphones and earbuds I own lol).

The rubber fin constantly falls off of these. I wear these all day long at work and take them off a few times a day. I had the previous QC sport with the larger rubber earpiece and it stayed in the ear better and never came off of the earbuds. I lost one and they don’t sell them anymore so impossible to replace. These new versions still sound great, are smaller and lighter weight, but I’ve already lost one fin and it’s probably a matter of time before I lose the other sets.

The sound quality is just perfect enough to hear my music or audiobooks while running, but still hear my surroundings. I often forget I have them on. They’re that comfortable.

I’ve had nothing but problems with headphones fitting my ears and that’s a problem in the past with these headphones. Not only do they actually fit my ears but they stay on during my runs and the bonus is they sound absolutely fantastic. EST headphones I’ve ever owned period. Thank you Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design but I find a hard time hearing phone calls and people find it difficult to hear me too they tell me there’s an echo with my voice on the other side. If it’s a malfunction of the earbuds please help me with it! Other than that the lightness the seem less fit on the ears and no fatigue on the ears is great! My speakers are all Bose I found all with quite what they supposed to be but this out I need help with the call sound.
