My husband bought this as a bday gift and i told him it was too expensive but i tried for one day and i fell in love with it. The surround sound is awesome it doesnt hurt my ear even if ive been wearing it for hours. Doesnt come off when running or jumping. So worth it.

I’m a big fan of Bose products, and thought this would be a good addition to my collection. Unfortunately, I was not totally pleased with this product. Issue # 1: The earbuds are difficult to get in the same place on each ear. Unlike in ear buds, there are several places along the side of the ear where you can put them. But, for esthetic purposes you want them even. It isn’t easy to get them even. Issue # 2: To allow for hearing environmental sounds, the earbuds have been designed to sit a distance from the ear canal. Unfortunately, this distance is a hard trip for the high frequencies, and the sound is dominated by the bass. Issue # 3: The spring on the earbuds is strong, too strong for my comfort. After about 30 minutes, I have to take them off. The concept is good, but this Bose product needs some more work.

The sound is great but learning how to get them in your ear can be different. Also they are very light in weight. Last thing- case is light and sleek. If you’re used to apple, these are an amusement but great product.

Normally, I hate hate hate the headphones for iPhones. I just don’t use them. They’re uncomfortable but these I forget they’re on. The only problem is I’m so scared of losing them. They sound good, the immersive audio is impressive, the controls took a while to use, Setup was easy. I was driven towards these as earbuds just don't fit into my ears; they always fall out during exercise. I guess I have small ear canals. These fit very securely while still being comfortable. I do note that I can move them into position with better sound but they will not stay in that position. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Ultra Earbuds.

I bought a set of Bose Ultra Open earbuds recently. Delighted with how quickly they were delivered. They were simple to set up and connect to the iPhone. Sound quality is superb, save for the popping and snapping sounds that occurred frequently enough to be disturbing. The sounds are emitted from both earbuds, usually beginning from the right ear and immediately from the left.

Although on release they were pretty sub par issues that I had have been fixed. A bit of a missed opportunity though from Bose I would have made interchangeable back covers for designs and made them a bit of an accessory to wear but they are comfortable and I can hear clearly.

These are great as they don’t make my ears itch and they stay put. I like how you just press the button to pause and you can participate in conversations. My only issue is they sometimes make my ears itch after hurt is not positioned just right.
