I purchased them to compare to the open fit shokz. In my opinion the shokz have better call quality especially the volume level. Although the music quality and overall fit the Bose has a slight edge. I expected more at this price point. Innovation hands done Bose wins.

It's so light that you don't notice it at all even when you're wearing it. The sound quality is as expected from Bose. All I can say is that they are amazing, even though they are truly open-ear earphones. I used to use various open-ear earphones because insert-type earphones caused infections inside my ears, but I finally found some good earphones. I can't let go of this anymore.

Gave away my Apple AirPods, and I am a loyal Apple Gal, but not Apple, not Beats, not any brand can come close to the quality of the sound that comes out of these. These are so ridiculously comfortable! I have an ear bud rejection problem- I've struggled with both in ear and over ear all not fitting right or falling out. These completely solve this issue! The fit is 💯! The sound is pretty phenomenal and it essentially sounds like the music is in the room versus in your ear. Perfect for rural living in the Colorado mountains and hiking/biking in bear and mountain lion country! Only small issue I have so far- the EQ when using guided cycling workouts (using my Nordictrack +iFit) that has a trainer speaking with background music, it gets a little quiet and unbalanced. I have to crank the mids and volume up. Not a huge deal to have my ears open, otherwise I just use my Quiet Comfort Ultras : )

Always trusted Bose for my audio needs and this was yet another great purchase! I was worried how the lows (bass) would come through bring an open air product. Never should have worried because these perform really well! You’ll always sacrifice some bass with ear bud like these. But Bose did an amazing job with this product and I’m happy about this purchase. Would highly recommend!

I am impressed with the sound quality and purchase them to play white noise when I am in an environment (church choir/orchestra) that is too loud for my sensitive hearing. I also find them very convenient to silence temporarily, lower or raise volume, etc.

I really like these QuietComfort Earbuds. I have a pair of the Ultra Earbuds as well. The QuietComfort Earbuds have some options that the Ultra Earbuds do not and visa versa. I love that the QuietComfort Earbuds have wireless charging capability. I am very happy with these.

Had it for several months. Good sound, not much bass. I got open style so I wouldn't have hearing loss in my old age. They are comfortable and do not fall off when I'm working out or running. I'm able to ride a bike or run and still be able to hear outside noise. You will not be able to listen to music if there is a lot of ambient noise such as an airplane or at the gym if there's very loud music already playing overhead. I am not sure if mine is a dud but I have not been able to do any phone calls with the device. I can hear them but People on the other line cannot hear me when I'm on a zoom call or phone call. Hopefully version 2 is better

I really love these earbuds and the sound quality and comfort are great. However, I wish a few things could possibly be updated/fixed with some updates. First off, there is no way to tell how much charge is left on the case, that would be a great improvement so that I can know when it needs a charge. Also, the call quality is not great. The person on the other side seems to always hear an echo, some sort of tuning and voice seperation update like the airpod pros just received would be great. If those two things were updated/tweaked these earbuds would be perfect.

Ordered these open ear buds - hoping that the features (and fit) would work for me. They are exactly what I wanted! I walk 20 miles a week and ride mountain bikes 2 or 3 days a week. I wanted a product that allowed me to listen to music, but still able to clearly hear what’s around me. I also get tired of earbuds jammed into my ear canal - sometimes making my ears sore, not to mention the damage from listening to punk rock too loud. These open buds shoot the sound to your ear canal with surprising clarity. Jazz / classical / rock / podcasts all sound great. No - they’re not noise cancelling, and the sounds isn’t as great as my Bose QC’s, but they’re perfect for what I wanted. Great product - highly recommend.
