[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these for Christmas. Love the color. Was amazed at how secure and comfortable they fit in my ears. I have other Bose products and the sound from these did not disappoint. They sound GREAT! Being open earbuds allows me to wear these at work and still hear those around me. A win win for me.

I’ve had these for a few months and have had several issues. They are finicky in the charger and sometimes don’t want to charge. Occasionally they aren’t synced together and audio on one ear is off from the other. They also on occasion have static and broken sound. I would have expected a lot more from Bose especially for what they cost.

Now that I have had the time to fully experience my ultra open earbuds, I feel that I can give an honest review. I absolutely love almost everything about them except for the fact that they don’t hold a charge for up to 18 hours as advertised. Besides that, they are a lovely addition to my devices.

Best open ear pair of headphones I own. It’s open ear, don’t expect the immersive experience you get with normal buds. These help give the ears a break from having a pod stuck in it for hours. These clip on and stay put but it takes a few tries to get it to sit right. After a solid month of using them muscle memory lets you put them on pretty reliably. If you’re looking for a pair of headphones to use while mowing the lawn these aren’t it, stick to pods. Perfect to work out in.

I saw the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds and decided to give them a shot. They obviously eliminated the “In ear” pain and impaired skin integrity issues, and they stay comfortably in place with no problems. Sound quality is excellent; the controls/function takes a minute to get used to, but not difficult; battery life is exceptional, far exceeding any others that I’ve used so far. My only complaint and reason for giving only 4 stars is call quality, on both ends. Hard to hear, so much so, that at times I’ve had to switch back to my old earbuds for the call, just so the other person could hear me well enough to converse easily. If there is a way that they could push an update that would remedy this (if that’s possible) they would be 5 stars for sure.

While wearing them, I workout with my favorite music, I move on to listening to my favorite books and end of day, while calming down before bed. I have several pair but my favorite are the black and the diamond. They last forever, the sound quality is incredible and they look great too. I even wear them at the store when I want to be in my own mind while doing daily chores. It’s a plus for me hearing my surroundings. My favorite is when watching sports and I’m in my chair smiling or laughing. My husband will ask me, “you’re listening to your buds aren’t you?” Me, “yes I am.” LoL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that got me was the comfort! You can hardly tell you have them on! Then the sound, it's Bose! What do you expect?!? If i were to have any complaint, with a larger ear well, I lose volume and bass. But it's definitely not worth me returning them.

Had the product for a few weeks now , So far its a giant leap forward in comfort especially for longer term use in the day , I also find them more secure then a normal earbud while doing physical activity . The sound quality actually surprised me , I was concerned that with ought it being in the ear canal it would be lacking but there was no loss in quality at all. The battery life is excellent and they charge quickly in the case for extra time . I also like that they use a physical button for pause ,play , etc. I have always found the tap feature can become uncomfortable tapping on things in my ear canal . overall these have been fantastic and would recomend them to anyone who uses music on the go frequently .
