[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for myself as a Mother’s Day gift. Best decision ever! I use them frequently for work and my ears could not take the discomfort of AirPods any longer. I usually forget these are in my ears.

I decided to buy these after my bone conducting headphones stopped working. I was always hesitant to buy wireless earbuds because they always fall out of my ears while working out. These seemed to be the best choice because they clip to the outside of my ear canal. The sound quality is what I would expect from Bose and from an open ear headphone. They do cause some ear pain over time where they clip that I will get used to over time. My main problem is the lack of a find my earbuds function in the app. I was told there was a plethora of problems in the past with this function so they removed it. If Bose brought back this function it would be worth another star. However if Bose were to make some sort of lanyard attaching them that would make me feel more at ease on my bike rides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immersion audio is incredible. These are amazing. The app is like 5% buggy and in the end it does it's job. Minus a star because phone calls are difficult to hear. I wouldn't go to any other way of listening. These are so lightweight, I'm jumping on that bandwagon saying that you can't even tell they're there. Every once in a while I catch myself checking to make sure lol.

Battery life is perfect for my use, immersive sound is incredible and the awareness mode helps me hear my kids when I’m riding my bike. My skepticism has been squashed! Another home run Bose, keep up the great work and awesome quality. Longtime customer newly reaffirmed.

I bought these new ear buds and besides the color I was looking forward to trying them out. They are so functional, easy to wear, they stay on my ear and my hair doesn’t pull it out of my ears. I’m very happy with my purchase and glad I upgraded my product.

I am impressed with my new Ultra open ear buds. I have always believed and desired high quality products. Bose products answer this intention. These ear buds are astonishing, well-built and the high-quality sound is phenomenal. The ability to hear the music or video while being aware of my surroundings is a fantastic benefit. Great earbuds! Fantastic sound and noise cancellation works well. Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, Classical, Spoken Word; these buds handle it all admirably. Absolutely no complaints about the hardware. HOWEVER: Bose needs to step up their game on the app side. I am the proud owner of 3 different products but unfortunately I also have 3 distinct apps for them. All three applications work well in their own right, but this seems like a major gap in what is usually a flawless Bose experience. What a prime opportunity to tie the entire ecosystem into one icon on your phone or tablet. It is rather flabbergasting since their hardware is deceptively simple to connect and use both wired and wireless.

The sound quality is way better than my prevoious Bose sport buds. I love al the features. My only gripe with these is you can’t have them connected to your iphone and apple watch at the same time. It’s one or the other which sucks. I love that I was able to set everything through the app. So I can turn them off, skip to nxt song, put in quiet mode etc. all by tapping the buds. Make them pair with more than one thing snd these would be 5 stars.
