[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first to purchase, but so far so good. I was so used to having to blast the music that the sound was distorted at first. Once I adjusted to the fact that "less is more, they sound wonderful at lower volumes. I was also very happy with the app's equalizer and other sound settings. One shortcoming so far is the quality of the microphone. I had several people tell me they cannot hear me clearly while I was in a quiet room. The Bose rep quickly sent me out a new pair and I am testing them now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a good pair of open earbuds for several months. Trying to avoid "bone conducting" because the headband is much more bulky than I want to deal with, and would like something portable that I can just drop into my pocket when not in use. I started with the Raycon Open Earbuds model RBO725, but they have an audio lag that was completely unacceptable, which I noted in reviews left on their website as well as Amazon. The audio quality was decent for the price, but I just couldn't deal with the lag, and the case was a bit bulky. Next was a pair of Sony LinkBuds model YY2953. I love the super-compact clamshell case, and the audio quality was very good. However, despite the "open" design, it still muffled ambient sounds, making conversation difficult and reducing awareness, which was the whole purpose for getting open earbuds. Enter the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. Yes, they come at a premium price, but they deliver everything I was looking for: full open ears, no lag, and excellent sound quality. I did see a couple reviews that criticized the microphone, but as I rarely use earbuds for phone calls, that isn't much of an issue for me, and, to be honest, I haven't even tested yet. My only quibble is the case: I tend to prefer clamshell cases rather than, well, for lack of a better term, cigarette pack style lid. This is the same style case/lid that's used by Samsung's Galaxy Buds3 and Pro, Google's Pixel Buds, and Apple's AirPods and off-brand clones, among others. Yes It's a popular case design, but I just don't care for it. The buds themselves clip to the ear, which is an odd sensation at first, but I got used to it quickly, and then they're surprisingly comfortable. When I mute/pause my video/music, I can carry on a normal conversation as if the buds aren't even there, and I have full situational awareness, which is what I was looking for. And when I play my video/music, the sound is amazing, especially in "immersive mode." The app is mostly good. The equalizer could use more than three bands, and it would be really nice if it would display the battery level of the case. I really appreciate that it's compatible with "Find my Device," given how expensive these things are, and I like being able to customize the name and the "shortcut" button. Truly, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are everything I've been looking for. The choice of colors is also a nice touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought 5 pair of Bose Sound sport Ear buds over the last 5-6 years. They are the most comfortable ear buds I’ve ever had. The sound is incredible. Wonderful bass. Fantastic clarity. They are very easy to go from earbuds to the phone. There was nothing like them! I got the quiet comfort ear buds. They have exceptional sound as well. Great Bass I would recommend them as well! You can’t beat Bose earbuds. I’m very picky on the quality of how the music sounds They are the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are the most comfortable open earbuds I've ever used.I've used Shokz's Open fit and Huawei's open earbuds.The Bose gave me the best wearing comfort of the three.The music experience is also perfect.While it has to go without saying that in some ways, this should be a problem at the firmware level, Bose will fall short, and I have summarized the problems that have arisen in a month of use.Hopefully this can be improved in subsequent version upgrades. 1 During normal press time, there is a short disconnection problem. 2 The microphone sound is too low when talking outdoors. 3 I don't have a way to check the charge level of the charging compartment through the app. The advantages 1 Very comfortable to wear 2 Sound quality is excellent 3 Responsive, very low latency Bluetooth connection. 4 Indoor and outdoor automatic volume adjustment.This is very practical.

It allows me to not feel so unplugged from what’s happening around me and I don’t have to take them out of my ears to hear when someone is talking to me. I use them regularly! For reference I have the quiet comfort buds and the quiet comfort headphones. It just depends on what I’m doing as to which I will use. They are all great

I bought this amazing device more than a month ago from authorized seller in Indonesia. I am super glad that I bought this. It never fails me since day one I clip them on to my ears. I wear them on daily, morning and evening, Monday to Friday when I commute in LRT to/from work. This device worths every penny.

The sound quality is exceptional, with clear highs and deep bass that make listening to music a real pleasure. I’ve been using for a few weeks now. Good for music. They are lightweight and take some getting used to as they DO NOT SIT INSIDE THE EAR! Battery life is amazing, last me all day; will forget you’re wearing them! Phone calls have been horrible for me! I thought maybe because I was only wearing one! Even with both of them the quality is poor as far as people say. When I’m speaking on the phone with them in, I often have to repeat myself constantly. That makes me sad! The main reason for my purchase. The price is for the brand. These ain’t that phenomenal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about 2 months ago & I love the way they fit. You never have to worry about them falling off. Great sound. I did notice that they don’t work that well when using your phone. Oh well, I’m sure Bose will get that fixed.
