[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these earbuds for about four weeks honestly I love them they actually feel really comfortable with other earbuds that are inside your ear they always fall out but with these I’ve fallen and they stay put the audio is surprisingly good even though they’re an open style and the only people I don’t recommend these earbuds for are those that have a lot of piercings under their ear because I feel like sometimes the piercings get in the way

I never thought I would like an open earbud device, but I have grown to love them. I was initially concerned that they would fall out, but they have proven to be secure. It took me a while to get used to wearing them, but once they are on, I forget they are there. My only issue is that I wish they were louder. I often try to increase the volume when I'm out and about, only to find that it's already at the maximum level. Despite my efforts to adjust the settings for an extra boost, I haven't been successful. I understand that these earbuds are designed to allow you to hear your music and your surroundings, but I wish the sound quality could be improved slightly. However, overall, I love using them.

Had an opportunity to use these buds for over a month now. This is a unique concept, in having an earbud that does not fit into the ear but rests outside of the ear canal. This allows for pass-through of natural sound while playing music/taking phone calls. This is the best "open-ear" earbud on the market. The sound quality is what you'd expect from a Bose product. The sound is "loud;" you don't have to position the bud closer to the ear canal to get a good, clean, crisp sound. The physical buttons make operation much easier and eliminates accidental touches. The flexible ear hook allows for easy on-off of the buds, and you don't have to worry about the bud falling off. The negative: Call quality is not good. Many callers state that it sounds muffled and underwated-like. While I rarely use these for phone calls, I found it difficult to have conversations because of this drawback. This is the perfect option for someone looking to buy earbuds but hates placing them in the ear. There is nothing else on the market that matches these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Mother’s Day gift to myself and I have to say, BEST GIFT EVER!!!! When I walk/jog with my ear buds, I forget I have them in because of how they feel. I’m thinking of getting a second pair…..

Purchased these as a gift for my wife for Christmas, These are fantastic ear buds( she has a hard time using normal style in-the-ear buds) The only downside of these is that the case does not wireless charge, in 2024-2025 this should be the standard charging system

I have been wearing my Ultra Open EarBuds for a few weeks now and I love them. Sound quality is what I expect from Bose products and it did not disappoint. The earbuds are so light in the ears. I forget I have them on at times. They are very attractive and I have received many compliments. I have the white pair. It took a few wears to get used to putting them on since I have long curly hair but well worth it when I got the hang of it.

I can listen to my podcasts and music and still hear others speaking to me without pulling off the ear piece. Exactly what I needed while concentrating on manual projects.

I bought these a few months ago and absolutely love them. I don’t like not being able to hear anything with regular in-ear headphones due to sensory sensitivities. I ended up misplacing them and the one negative of that was not being able to track them and I never found them.

I chose these because I have daith and cartilage piercings so sometimes ear buds are a problem. These were great! No issue at all. Sound quality: definitely Bose, A+ Takes a minute to adjust and get used to the feel of wearing at the bottom of the ear. I keep expecting them to fall off and they don’t even come close. After a while, I don’t notice them AS MUCH, but I know they are there. Buttons are easy to control. Sometimes one bud goes out for no reason and reconnects— I’m hoping this is not a later concern. Holds a charge well. I will really put them to the test in my next marathon next week- that will determine if they are a keeper. I like the concept and look, but I use them for running distance. Will update this review if I can without creating a new one.

I bought these a month ago. I like that they are comfortable to wear. Music sounds good. I mostly use earbuds for use with phone calls. I was told the voice quality was so poor that I had to go back to my Apple ear buds or the caller was going to hang up because the voice quality was so poor on the Bose open ear ultras. Very disappointed in voice quality but listening to music was ok.
