[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these over a months ago. The most comfortable headphones I have ever used. I sometimes forget that I have them in. Sound is good for me as it’s not directly in the ear so you have to play around with placement. Otherwise I’m so happy I bought these, I specifically like that they aren’t placed in the ears.

Immediately I noticed this is the design I was needing to work with the shape of my ears. I’ve been through at least 5 different ear buds of various brands and none of them would fit securely or comfortably. These do both very well! So light I hardly notice them, and I don’t have to worry about them dropping out of my ears. Well done Bose! I do miss the depth of sound I have with my QC ultras but that’s to be expected with the open design. The sound quality is what you would expect from Bose, clear highs, strong lows. Additionally, the same tuning and customization as the QC Ultras is available on these, except for the noise canceling. The two immersion modes offer variety in your listening experience. This feature really opens up the sound and allows you to feel a part of the music, especially if you’re trying to focus on the details. Lastly, I appreciate the compact size of the charging case. It seems most earbud cases are getting larger nowadays, but not these. The case fits comfortably in my front hip pocket and will even fit in the coin pocket of some of my jeans.

Everything fits they don’t fall Off my ear they are all around the best headphones I ever bought And I would buy them again I use them at work. I need to be able to hear things I can still hear things and listen to music.

It does exactly what it advertises. I can hear my music while still hearing what's going on around me. I have also not had any problems talking on the phone while using this product. I can hear the caller and they have said they can hear me well. However, the reason I'm giving two stars is because of what the product lacks to offer. For $300 I expect a nice sturdy case that can also wirelessly charge. This case feels like cheap plastic and cannot wirelessly charge. There is also no find feature if they become lost, and then you're out $300. Overall, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. The ear pieces are good and hold onto the ear well. Besides the unique design I don't believe it is worth it's price.

I bought these a month ago, I was really skeptical on if they were going to be loud enough since they don’t fully go in the ear and these definitely fit up to my expectations. When I go to the gym I can turn them up and not hear anyone but when I’m at the store I can have them lower and hear everyone, it’s honestly perfect. Also, I love how they fit. I play video games a lot and when I wear my headset too long it starts to hurt my ears, my old phone earbuds use to hurt as well, but not these. I fell asleep in them multiple times and didn’t wake up with pain. They’re also fit nice on my 6 year old which is a surprise as she hates wearing headphones and using earbuds. She’s had to use them when overstimulated and once again they were successful at shutting the world out. I plan to buy my entire family a set!! 10/10 recommend!

Purchased in October. The sound is great for listening to music. Ease of use great, fit great, look excellent. However, I had a hard time hearing when someone called. Received a replacement, the phone volume was up as loud as it would go. Same thing. Lovely design but I need to be able to hear my phone calls as well as my music.

I was an avid AirPod user but after trying these I LOVE them, the settings and options are perfect for working out. They sit in my ears and I don’t even feel them at all. Noise cancelling on airplanes as I travel a lot and I really like the look of them.

On my second set as the first one had issues. Bose replaced promptly so no issue there. Why I give a 3 is for a few reasons. Battery life is terrible. Max 4 to 5 hours when listening to music so not very long. Sound quality is pretty good but volume level is very low. Overall is a good set of ear buds if you hate the in ear version like me so with the money as they do a ok job for my needs but hopefully future version have better battery life and sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Bose earbuds as a gift. I was thrilled with them. The sound is awesome. Fast charging and last very long compared to other earbuds that I’ve had in the past Apple earbuds I really like the volume that is not extremely high, but the quality of sound is awesome. Very comfortable. Almost don’t notice you have them in your ears for eight hours at work.

The sound quality is average and not very loud when using in slightly noisy environments. I often struggle to hear voice on the other end if there is any noise around me. Its nots terrible, just not worth the price. The microphone is absolutely trash.
