However when having them for long periods of time hurts my earlobes, otherwise I love the sound from them once they’re adjusted correctly

I can run for miles without a hint of them falling out. And the sound quality is still quite good. The awareness of my surroundings without sacrificing too much sound quality has made me feel safer whole running outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultra Open Earbuds for a few weeks now, and I must say, they live up to their reputation as some of the best headphones available. The sound quality is equally outstanding, with deep bass that doesn’t overpower the mids and crisp highs that make every song feel vibrant. I tested them with various genres, and they handled everything from classical to EDM effortlessly.

I bought those earbuds few weeks ago... The sound of the music is great, but the quality of the phone calls is horrible, a lot of background noise, I can barely hear what people say having a phone call. I hope that Bose makes some updates in the software.

They are great to use when exercising at the gym, are comfortable and do not fall off the ears like conventional ear buds. Great sound, easy to use, a quality product, that I highly recommend.

Product is great. Works as advertised. The documentation, packaging, and apps required are terrible. I have downloaded two different apps. I downloaded the Bose app and it took forever to pair with the ear buds. When it does, I click on the earbud name and it directs me to download another app. I downloaded the other app and it takes another eternity to pair and often won't work at all. Really poor experience with the apps.

I love the immersive music setting. I like sleeping with them on. Can’t feel them at all when sleeping on my side.

You don’t raven know your wearing them which is great. These are the first earbuds headphones I actually love. And I have many different pairs all bother my ears and these don’t . I highly recommend
