Love the sound, whenever I can get them paired properly. There are just too many options for me and I don't have the patience. Having to power and adjust each earbud separately is a real pain. One day only sound from the left ear bud, the next day only from the right. Occasionally I get it right but don't know how. I am contemplating their return, but will give it a little more time.

They’re super comfortable and don’t go into your ears like regular earbuds. They just clip on the side, and you kind of forget they’re there after a while. No pressure, no soreness, even after hours. The sound is surprisingly good for something that doesn’t actually sit inside your ear. You still get clear audio and even some bass, which I didn’t expect. Great for music, calls, and podcasts. What I really love is that I can still hear what’s going on around me. If I’m walking, biking, or just working from home, I don’t feel like I’m totally cut off. That’s a big plus for me. Now for the downsides: • They don’t block noise at all. If you’re somewhere loud, like on a plane or in traffic, it’s hard to hear your audio unless you turn it way up (and people nearby might hear it too). • They’re kind of pricey. I like them a lot, but $300 is steep, especially if you already own other earbuds. • The case is a bit bulky. Not the most pocket-friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a Christmas gift. The fit is great. These are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever had. I’m a cyclist and a runner and for safety reasons I would only wear the right earbud so I can hear the world around me. The Ultra open earbuds solved this issue. I can finally listen to music in stereo but still hear the world around me.

They were so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them, even falling asleep with them on and only realizing it in the morning! The sound quality is impressive, whether I’m on a call, listening to music, or watching videos. There are two features I’d love to see added— a “find earbuds” function for when they get misplaced and a bit more tightness in the twist for a more secure fit. However, even without those, I really like them. Plus, the range of colors is fantastic!

The newest model is the absolute best and I assumed they could not improve from the last model of open earbuds, I bought three years ago. Surprise! They outdid themselves! The sound is stunning! I am a forever fan of Bose.

I bought these earlier this year and I like that they clasp around my ear and are very comfortable. However, I constantly find myself grabbing the left earbud, the right ear bud, or both simultaneously pushing them into my ear so I can hear clearly. I do not have any hearing problems. I also am unable to use them during a phone call because people immediately complain that they can hear me or understand me because I'm, "breaking up" and sound far away. That's been the case since I first bought them and I am certain that I'm wearing them correctly.

I bought 2 sets one for my mom and one for myself, both there is an issue with hearing! Numerous people, stated they can’t hear me and the volume level is turned up , not to mention trying to hear them as well is horrible , I thought maybe it’s just me , but no the other set exact same thing comfort is amazing but what good is that is the audio is trash 🚮, honestly waist of money and for this price I was expecting more, don’t wait your money on this , wish I hadn’t
