[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about 3weeks ago actually got some doubts but after using it i give up almost all other ear piece devices definitely a good buy ( can listen to my wife nagging and still listen to music ) LOL

After reading many reviews and thinking about buying these for a couple weeks, I finally made a purchase and I LOVE them! I listen to mostly podcasts when walking and it’s like being in the studio during the podcast. The immersion setting is absolutely amazing, you barely know they are on your ears, and connect quickly. If you’re on the fence, they are 💯 worth it!

The good: comfort, sound, ease of use The bad: phone calls sound tinnyand their voice is muffled. Increasing volume does not help. I thought that mine were defective, but a friend bought a pair and said that he quit using them (as I have) for phone calls. Overall: love them for everything except for calls.

The comfort level is excellent the issues that concerns me most is the phone audio and the static sounds that occurs often. These headphones as they stand are decent for listening to music. I am a long time Bose user they have there work cut out, but it can be done.

I bought these as an alternative to my air pod pros. I was looking for earbuds that stay in your ears when moving around. My pods would always fall out of my ears whenever I was moving around. THESE STAY PUT! Not only that but the sound quality is FANTASTIC. Even with one ear bud in, WOW. Also, I noticed with my pods my ears canals would hurt if I used them too much. These are light weight, barely register they are on your ears and after back-to-back double shifts I have no discomfort. The battery life is twice as long as my pods too. I can literally wear them the whole shift, when my pods I would alternate wearing 1 at a time every few hours to conserve battery and make it thru the shift. I was skeptical of the open ear concept, but I love that I am able to hear my surroundings without sacrificing sound. I have literally showed everyone I work with and had them try these on. Bonus, the button on them will control not only my phone and iPad but my desktop and laptop music for starting and stopping. My pods only did that when connected to my phone and iPad. The price is well worth it! I contemplated for a year on buying these due to the open ear concept and the price. Now I am wondering why I waited so long.

Right off the top I've had issues. Delayed connection and receiver cannot hear me many of times during the call. Called support for help and they couldn't do anything so they said I need to swap them out free of charge. I asked for quicker shipment or something and they said no. I expected so much for this item and Bose, took me a couple months to finally pull the trigger and I'm so disappointed.

I have struggled for years with iPod headphones and others that just don't fit in my ears and seem to always fall out. Finally, BOSE has created the perfect fit!! These headphones are comfortable, secure, lightweight and the sound quality is amazing compared to others on the market. Worth every penny! Also love that I can answer my phone with these as well, other brands is just a headphone not compatible with my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been wanting the Ultra Open Earbuds for a while. I wanted them for running outside. I was hopeful that I would keep my situational awareness with these in. I want to be able to hear runners or cyclists behind me or a car coming, etc. With standard in-ear buds I end up running with only one in so I can use the other ear to listing to the environment. The problem was that I'm a bit of an audiophile so having only one earbud in was annoying. I have to report that these open earbuds sound amazing and I'm able to keep up with my ambient surroundings. They are less good at a gym that is playing music inside because you end up hearing both. Podcasts are great though, you can hear the gyms music, the podcast, and the dude ripping reps on the bench.

The sound was just what I wanted. The comfort was just what I wanted. What I didn’t expect was the range! I can go anywhere in my house and the connection stays perfect. I can work out in my yard without needing to keep my phone in my pocket! I can almost go all the way across the street without losing connection. Wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got them couple of weeks ago and I liked them way better then the AirPods, they don’t hurt my eardrums and they don’t fall off when I’m doing chores, superior sound then all the other brands ,I will recommend Bose it’s always been my favorite, go get a pair 👍🏽
