I’ve been using the Bose open-ear buds since they were first released, and while there are some things I absolutely love, there are also a few key drawbacks. First, the comfort is fantastic. I often forget I’m even wearing them—they’re that lightweight and comfortable. The open-ear design is a huge plus when I’m listening to music or podcasts in a moderately quiet environment. The audio quality is excellent, delivering clear sound without feeling too isolating. However, when it comes to phone calls, this is easily the worst headset I’ve used. People on the other end constantly tell me I sound like I’m talking through a cup and wire, which makes it pretty much unusable for calls. If a call comes in, I have to switch to another device because the quality just doesn’t hold up. Overall, these are great for entertainment, but if you need something for regular phone calls, I’d look elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super Comfortable, easy to forget they are in, or rather on the ear. Sound quality is very good, but not as good as a true in-ear device. Features are comparable to all the premium Bose Ultra buds. Only downside is callers can definitely tell when I am wearing these compared to the QC Ultra IIs the mics do not pickup nearly as well as the in-ears. If Bose can improve the outbound audio these will be the default earbud to wear all day in an office environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these while on a business trip. They are very comfortable, don't hurt my ears, and the sound is awesome. I don't like noise canceling earbuds so these let just enough outside noise in, that I still know what's going on around me.

Loses connection to Galaxy s22 ultra once in a while maybe 1-3 times a week. Sound is great, good nattery life, and very comfortable and convenient in a environment where people are constantly approaching you to talk. A bit expensive though, the plastic and silicon makes it feel a bit cheap, also low waterproof rating feels bad.

I love these. I was in the market for an open set of earbuds and I hate having my ears plugged up because they itch and I feel like I'm underwater. I was comparing to other models with bone conduction, but I've worn them before and they squeeze my temple a bit too much. I love the look of these, and how comfortable, almost non-existent they are. One word of caution, despite the fact that they sit well on your ears, they're so comfortable it's hard to notice if they fall out. One situation where they fell off was when removing a medical mask, those strings are the perfect angle to slip these right off... almost ended up in the trash. A second time I just took a towel off from around my shoulder and one got pulled out, and again, too comfortable to notice it slipped out. Luckily my daughter saw this happen and told me it dropped. Kind of a positive and a negative all in one. Microphone audio quality is horrendous and borderline unusable, but for me I don't take calls on my headphones in general so not a negative for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these after seeing the ads online and trying them at a media shop between flights. They fit well and are comfortable for long term wear. The sound is a bit weak, so wearing these in the air is out, or in any other noisy environments. I do use them in the office, as they allow me to still hear what others are saying around me, but I kept my (phone branded) in ear, noise cancelling earbuds for noisy environments or flying. If these could be a little stronger of a sound, I think they would be perfect. That said I give it a 4/5 overall, quality is high, but the weak sound makes it less than perfect.

I can wear them all day and forget they’re on. The immersion mode is amazing I’m always looking around to see if anyone else can hear what I’m listening to.

I purchased the new open ear buds three weeks ago and have mixed feelings. The Pro’s: They are extremely comfortable. Sorry, that is it. The Con’s: They connect to one device at a time. They have poor Bass. They not loud at all. They are just enough to listen and hear clearly.
