Recently purchased my open ear buds and I love them! First of all the shipping was super quick. I received them a day early. The packing was very well protected. I love these open ear buds. The sound quality is awesome. Perfect for what I need it for. Not too loud which is what I was needing to protect my hearing. I can hear what's around me for my safety but still enjoying an awesome music sound! I can change the sound quality on the app to my liking and much more! I highly recommend this product! Well worth the money!

I am able to still hear what’s going on around me while all listening to my music or having a phone conversation. Also with my ear piercings, these headphones do not irritate my ear which is an extra win for me!

I really love them..the only problem is that. The earpiece that goes in your ear...the microphone should be in another place..because sometimes when iam talking to someone they can't hear me clearly...but I hear them fine...so I think the microphone needs to be placed out a little more...

You don’t raven know your wearing them which is great. These are the first earbuds headphones I actually love. And I have many different pairs all bother my ears and these don’t . I highly recommend

I bought these about a month ago, and I am in love. The main reason for getting these is because it's hard to find ear buds that don't go in your ear, but that sound quality isn't compromised. I have very small ears, and normal ear buds that go in your ear tend to cause a lot of pain. These just hang out snugly on your ear, and the sound quality is fantastic.

My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars versus 5 is the fact that they clamp down on your ear a little too tightly and subsequently become painful after a short period of time.

I have been using the Ultra Open Earbuds for several weeks. The sound quality is surprisingly good for such a tiny product. The control buttons are large and easy to operate. Calls can be answered easily, the microphone(s) work well, and the caller ID feature is very convenient. I could wish they were a little bit longer so that the speakers were more centered over my ear canals, but I realize that everyone's ears are not all the same size. I bought mine during a temporary price reduction because I feel the list price is way too high, regardless of the high quality.

Always been a huge fan of anything Bose! Love my earbuds for the sound quality alone! The learning curve for operating it is a bit steep, as it is a little complicated to dial in all the features - touch control, voice control, noise cancellation alone without music, seamlessly. I'm still learning!

They are super comfortable, I literally can have them all day long and they dont hurt. I dont know how they do it but its amazing. Works best for listening music while running or working.

The ear buds are great when working properly. At times I loose the connection while talking and sometimes cannot connect to iPhone. Otherwise the sounds are great and when on your ears you have to keep checking if they are still there. They are so light you don’t feel them. LOVE IT!!!
