Ultra Open Earbuds

I’ve purchased several styles from various brands. However, Bose has knocked it out of the park with their Ultra Open Earbuds. The fit and comfort is awesome, the sound that comes from these little guys is absolutely amazing. I currently have speakers made by Bose (Bose flex sound link and a Bose sound bar. These speakers are the best money can buy in my opinion and I’m just impressed by these Ultra Open Earbuds. The quality and the sound is second to none!

Poor volume, to low

Volume is to low, for both receiver and transmitter. Phone calls barley picks up my voice. I am not heard clearly on other end of phone call. In public the receiver is to low in hearing voice calls, listening to podcast and talk radio. In my house the music sounds fantastic, however it’s at the highest volume level. I’ve played w the various headphone settings, EQ, etc to raise the volume so I could use outdoors. Inside the cabin of a car, plane and gym cannot use, to low... in a public gym it’s useless due to the surrounding gym noise.

A New Good Experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to try out the open earbud concept, and purchased refurbished to save some money since I heard good things about Bose's refurbished program. My other earbuds tend to fall out of my ears when I'm moving around or active, and these stay in place really well. I also really prefer to use the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for meetings, so I can hear myself in the conversation in a more natural way, instead of only being able to use one earbud or hearing my own voice muffled in meetings previously. These are the most expensive earbuds I've ever purchased by far, but for around $200 refurbished I am very happy with them so far. I'm not sure I would pay the full new price, but I appreciate that refurbished is offered for that reason.

Comfortable and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. I wear a hearing aid, so these allow me to still keep them in. I appreciate being able to hear my surroundings as I walk around the city. The push buttons are nicely tactile. They feel very comfortable on my ears. These are the only earbuds that fit and are secure on my ears.

Impressive Sound Quality and Comfortable De

As an avid fan of Bose products, I recently had the opportunity to purchase the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the sound quality is exceptional. The open-ear design delivers a rich and immersive audio experience while still allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings—a perfect balance for outdoor activities like running or cycling. One of the standout features for me is the comfort level. The earbuds are incredibly lightweight and sit comfortably on my ears for extended periods. I hardly notice they’re there, which is a huge plus during long workouts or commutes. The battery life is commendable, providing ample usage time on a single charge. The charging case is sleek and compact, making it easy to carry around wherever I go. One improvement I would suggest is to enhance the connectivity and stability of the Bluetooth connection. While it’s generally reliable, there were a few instances of minor interruptions during playback. Overall, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds offer a fantastic blend of superior sound quality, comfort, and convenience. Whether you’re an audiophile or a fitness enthusiast, these earbuds are definitely worth considering. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for high-quality wireless earbuds.

Great earbuds with a few things left out.

These are good earbuds, they fit well and they sound good. There is bass response, but not the bass of my Bose headphones. They stay in my ear in all situations so far, and are comfortable. The biggest issue I have with them is you have to plug them in to charge, and the case is bulky and hard to carry ion your pocket.

Forget You’re Even Wearing Them

I bought these earbuds hoping for something a bit different—and they exceeded my expectations. The design is innovative, and they're so comfortable I often forget I'm wearing them (until my toddler tries to pull them off). They stay put during exercise and let in just the right amount of ambient sound, which has been great for walking the dog or having conversations without needing to remove them. While call quality in noisy environments isn’t their strong suit, it’s perfectly fine in normal/quiet settings. The sound quality is excellent, and if I ever lost them, I’d buy another pair without hesitation.

Overall OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for someone that is completely ok with earbuds closely out of your ear. For example, I personally constantly feel like they will fall out at times. Sometimes they cut in and out after connecting. That being said, the sound quality is amazing. Working out with them is great, running with them is also a go. If you work out consistently, these are great earbuds. In conclusion, if you are looking for something to wear to just leisurely listen to music or a podcast, id go with a different pair of bose earbuds. Specially if you plan on talking to someone on the phone with these, the mic quality isnt the best. Although they look amazing, and are aesthetically appealing, i wouldn’t buy them if you aren’t working out with them daily, as they wouldnt be making up for the price.

Best headphones ever

My wife has super sensitive ears and doesn’t like having the earplug headphones pushed inside the ear canal. These are the answers to anyone who has similar ear issues with headphones. She has small ears and does aggressive work, and they stayed in for all of the 9 hours that she has them on. When I call her they sound clear when she speaks to me and she hears me well. She also likes that they aren’t noise canceling because she feels safer hearing her surroundings.

Happy, then sad...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been dreaming of these earbuds since before Christmas. They worked great for the first week, then every day around 3pm, like clockwork, the left earbud loses sound. The controls work. Just no sound. Nor will it work if I disconnect and reconnect. I was eligible for a replacement, so I sent them in, and a couple of weeks later. I had my new pair. Once again excited, they worked perfectly for about a week, then the left one stops working every afternoon. It's a disappointment. I almost feel like I ended up with my original pair. So, now I'm basically out $300 dollars, with 1 working earbud, that literally just decided to follow suit of its counterpart, and stop playing sound! When they do work, the sound is amazing!!
