Almost perfect. Fit/security: 10 out of 10 All day comfort: 10 out of 10 Sound: 10 out of 10 Style: 10 out of 10 But the one most frustrating thing about these earbuds is the microphone. I have to use my phone anytime I have a call because the bud's microphone is beyond terrible. It feels foolish to have my phone to my ear with earbuds in, but they are completely useless for audio. Truly unfortunate because other than that these are perfect. I hope they fix it in future generations. I almost sent them back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery is suck, two earbuds’ battery capacity are different, Right ear bud only can listen around 4 hours for one earbud, Left ear bud can listen around 5 hours, but sound quality is good , feel comfortable after 4 hours wear.

The sound is full and rich - it’s hard to believe that these are not “in ear”. I can use them while running and cycling and the sound is still great, plus they are comfortable the entire time which is unusual and welcome. I haven’t regretted this purchase at all - they’re worth the expense all day long!

My other earbuds tend to fall out of my ears when I'm moving around or active, and these stay in place really well. I also really prefer to use the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for meetings, so I can hear myself in the conversation in a more natural way, instead of only being able to use one earbud or hearing my own voice muffled in meetings previously. These are the most expensive earbuds I've ever purchased by far, but for around $200 refurbished I am very happy with them so far. I'm not sure I would pay the full new price, but I appreciate that refurbished is offered for that reason.

This product represents my first ever purchase of ear buds. I love that this product clips onto my ear instead of being embedded into my ear canal. When earphones were first introduced to the market, I struggled with keeping them in my ears. Because of that, it was an easy choice to choose this product. This product is stylish and comfortable on my ears. The sound is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these ear buds for working out or just out walking, but aren’t so good for mowing the lawn or some where that is noisy!!!! You can wear all day and not have ear pain which is always is a plus and I have never ran out of battery life.

These headphones really do provide a unique and new listening experience. I was a little unsure about the fit at first, but after wearing them around the house, on the train and while working out, I am loving the Open Earbuds much more than even my AirPods. The lack of pressure and strain on your ears is incredible. The battery life exceeded my expectations and the case/packaging was very premium. Overall, I am very happy with these open ear buds and will continue to reach for them throughout my day!

The best part is when I run early morning, I can play my music and still hear the sounds on the running trail. Same thing when I bike ride, I can hear around me and still listen to music with quality sound.
