[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are so comfortable. They sound amazing. The fit is exactly what I need for all of my needs. I just can’t say enough about them. I’m planning on purchasing another pair, plum color within the next few weeks.

I was really hoping these would be amazing, but I was quickly disappointed. To start out, the fit is great. The case, the design of the ear buds, the concept is spectacular. As for everyday use, I would not recommend. I work in a warehouse and thought these would be perfect so I could hear people, hear horns of forklifts, etc. it worked, but I couldn’t hear the music either through the buds. I wanted more volume, but it was maxed out. Same thing happened on an airplane. I had to press the buds into my ears to hear the dialogue of the show I was watching. In conclusion, it is a great concept, bud needs a lot of work.

I had some quiet Comfort Ultra II's that got washed in the washing machine. The charging case and one of the earbuds still worked miraculously but it was sadly time to discard them and instead of going for noise canceling I decided to go for open ear. That way I could leave them in all the time and still hear people in my office or my children talk to me. I bought these and the Sony open ears at the exact same time tried them both for a week and there was no comparison I had to keep the Bose and return the Sony. I like the recent multipoint update and I'm really hoping that they add some of the other awesome features found on some of the other companies. But features alone wasn't enough to sway me the in another direction, the quality of these headphones is what won me over. I just wish I had my quiet comfort still because there's nothing better than those when you are flying or walking on a treadmill for example. I need both but I can't justify to my wife owning both haha.

I bought them a month ago to use at work with Microsoft Teams. They connect easily but the connection sporadically disconnects and the battery life does not get me through my 10 hour work day. Even though they are connected to my laptop I do not get ping notification when the come through. No audio notification received.

Awesome sound, but wish it was a bit brighter and stronger at higher volumes, which is needed for running. If I sit still in a quiet room it is quite nice. When I need at higher volumes, the EQ seems to change to a lesser brilliance & power. I’m still not sure. The thing I like best as a runner is no stomping sounds in the ear buds! So annoying! So, this aspect is great. But! I live great audio too. One running review said the Comfort version provides both stellar audio & no stomping feedback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earbuds to replace my AirPods and I couldn’t be happier. They are very comfortable and sometimes I forget I have them on. I love that they don’t block my ear so I am still aware of my surroundings. I use them for listening to music as well as answering incoming phone calls for work and I love that I can do both simultaneously.

Me llegaron hace dos semanas y realmente son buenos aunque en algunas ovaciones no se escucha muy bien las llamadas, la calificación le doy 2 estrellas porque compré los audífonos con el case de silicona y nunca me llegó me comunique con servicio al cliente y quedaron de enviarlo y ya han pasado dos casi tres semanas y aún no me llegan lo que se traduce en un deteriore del estuche de los audífonos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device gives me the freedom to talk to someone while enjoying the music at the same time. I also don’t have to worry about not able to hear the surroundings while walking on the street. A big plus!!

The rubber fin constantly falls off of these. I wear these all day long at work and take them off a few times a day. I had the previous QC sport with the larger rubber earpiece and it stayed in the ear better and never came off of the earbuds. I lost one and they don’t sell them anymore so impossible to replace. These new versions still sound great, are smaller and lighter weight, but I’ve already lost one fin and it’s probably a matter of time before I lose the other sets.

For the price I paid, the product is really sub-par...they don't connect...they disconnect...the voice controls turn on and off automatically or just don't work at all...sometimes only one connects and the other is silent...very frustrating product...i wish I hadn't lost my old ones
