I have a good opinion of the Bose brand and I have many of its products, which is why I consider myself a loyal customer. Unfortunately, with the Bose Open Earbuds Ultra, the quality does not seem the best to me, which is why I requested an exchange. I hope that the replacement works at 100% of its great quality.

I fell in love with the Open Earbuds on day one. They immediately solved two of my complaints with other earbuds: 1) Comfortability for long periods. I don’t find most earbuds comfortable for hours of wear but I forget that I have on. Comfortable but secure. I have done hot yoga and spin classes with absolutely no problems, adjusting, or discomfort. 2) Block out other noise I need/want to hear. I can be listening to music at the office and still hear when someone calls my name or walking my dog yet hear a car approaching from behind. No longer do you have to do the one earbud thing so you can have one ear open. These two issues are solved without compromising the sound quality. Now, these are not for everyone or every application. You want to mow your lawn while listening to a podcast – these are not for you. You want to cancel the sound of your annoying coworker slurping their hot coffee – not the best for that either unless you turn up the volume on your music. But if you want to have a comfortable, quality sound while still being able to hear the instructor at your workout class – this is what you have been waiting for!

For the longest time I have envied those individuals with Bose over the ear headphones as I know the quality of the music presentation is superb. My dog has a seizure disorder which restricted me from buying those headphones as I was afraid I wouldn't hear him if he had a seizure. I bought some Bose earbuds and got superior sound, but also was afraid I couldn't hear all that was going on. These Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are exactly what I have been needing. I can listen to music or watch a loud movie AND still hear my dog should he move around. And these earbuds deliver the fantastic sound quality I have always associate with Bose!

The immersive audio from the open buds surpassed my expectations, effectively blocking out external noise. One of the standout features was the remarkable security and stability of the earbuds, even during vigorous movements. This instilled confidence in their suitability for activities like workouts or running. Additionally, the sleek and lightweight design of the charging case enhanced overall convenience and portability. Though I encountered a minor hiccup with Bluetooth connectivity upon unboxing, a simple update to the Bose app and a quick phone restart resolved the issue seamlessly. Now, turning to the most crucial aspects of the product, the exceptional sound quality and unparalleled comfort during extended wear stand out. Despite the absence of noise-canceling technology, the open buds delivered immersive audio that effectively drowned out external disturbances. Furthermore, the secure fit of the earbuds ensures comfort and stability even during vigorous activities. However, the lack of multi-device pairing and wireless charging are notable drawbacks. As someone who frequently switches between devices and values convenience, the inability to pair with multiple devices simultaneously is a significant inconvenience. Similarly, while the sleek design of the charging case is commendable, the absence of wireless charging adds an unnecessary layer of complexity, detracting from the overall user experience. In conclusion, despite these shortcomings, my overall satisfaction with the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds remains unwavering. The exceptional sound quality, coupled with unmatched comfort and stability, makes them a compelling choice for daily use. With minor improvements in functionality, such as multi-device pairing and wireless charging, these earbuds could truly stand as the epitome of excellence in the audio industry.

The good thing is that they are super comfortable, you can hear them very well and they last a long time. The bad thing is that when they call you, they don't hear you well or they don't hear you at all and when you're fine, some video loses sound or has some interference.

I have a ton of different ear piercings making it difficult to wear any kind of ear buds or over ear headphones comfortably. I find that these are so comfortable to wear with all my earrings and the sound is still excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting these since they came out and I am so glad I got them. I love how they fit and the sound. I especially like the security of being able to listen to audio without anyone being able to see that, and to be fully aware of my surroundings. They also fit my ears better so I don’t feel like they are going to pop out at any time.

,The over all headphones are very nice. They’re extremely comfortable. The clarity is really nice. They’re really good for music or anything you’re listening to. When it comes to phone call they’re a BUST they can’t hear you and you can’t hardly hear hear them that the reason for 4 stars I actually need mine for more phone usage

I bought these a couple of weeks ago for my daughter. She has a lot of difficulty wearing in ear buds. She doesn’t like head phones either. As a runner, she needed something that allowed her to hear traffic, but was not in her ear. So I sent her these to try. When I asked how she liked them, she said, “They’re awesome”. Stayed on while running and gave her great sound. When I went to visit, she wore them constantly while working and cooking. Best purchase ever.
