I also am afraid they are going to fall off, but getting used to how to put them on securely. Do love the full ambience settings.

Great sound, great comfort, terrible functionality. They work great for a couple of days then go silent and I have to hard reset them to make them work again. Bose replaced them once, but the same issue recurred. It’s truly frustrating that such a premium product behaves this way. The cheaper SHOKZ don’t have this problem. *sigh*

Exploring the city by bus and train systems, the open earbuds meld perfectly in the noisy environments that are a constant. The sound quality is still on point with the high standards I set for BOSE. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't put them to good use yet. I have a trip in a couple weeks and will use these on the plane. From what I can tell at home they are good quality and do block out a lot of sound, like the TV in the background. I downloaded the app and found that easy. It paired quickly with my iPhone and I like how the app shows what is playing from my music list. I haven't yet mastered the taps on the buds to do controls. I have old over the ear Bose headphones without that control so not used to it.

These headphones are not for everyone but they def have a niche audience and I am happy to be in that group. I love how comfortable they feel and I don’t get ear fatigue like I do with traditional in ear wireless ear buds. I never ever worry about them falling out of my ears and I use them on my 1.5 hour commute on public transit everyday. It’s this commute why I love this style in particular. I can still hear what’s going on around me, which when commuting is very important to me. I’m lost in my music, podcast, etc but if I need to I hear enough around me. Def 5 stars for me. But can understand they aren’t ideal for those who want to drown out all the sounds around them. Love these!

Bought 2 weeks ago. Very happy with this purchase. They fit me perfectly, unfortunately for my husband they do not fit him. They stay in place while exercising. The sound is wonderful. The dark blue color is rich looking. I highly recommend these earbuds.
